A very good Decision by Judge Kode........ :))
by Jayesh patil on Aug 02, 2007 02:44 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

We welcomes and appreciates the decision taken by judge Mr.Kode. now we can expect the some kind of hope from the system. For nations law, all are same whether he/she is a high publicity or Politician or anyone. Mr. Kode has successeded to keep a faith on the system by this decision. I expect from Supreme Court the same kind of action and to keep it up.

6 YEARS IN JAIL IS NOT THE SHORT PERIOD

WHAT HIS FUTURE LIFE ????

After 6 years he will no longer be the No 1 in his field he has to struggle and that will not be his age to struggle. He will than not be offered Hero Roles, this decesion has ruined his future life.

My FRIEND in the film industry until you are in lime light every one will be with you but once you are out of that light no one care for you, How many of the old actor/actress you know now who are out of the lime light, HoWare they living, what are they doing????

We only hear when the death news comes on the TV.

Think before you pass the judgement, you can ruine someones life for just setting up an example in the society.

He has not killed anyone, he might be under pressure If anyone point a gun on your family and tell you to do the same thing that Sanjay did WILL YOU NOT DO IT?????????

The court has not consider his circumstance or why he did this they have straight away given punishment for his fault and to set the example in the society, which is not fair.

Dear,

Just a one question, U seems to be so much worried about the FUTURE person who is involded, and what about the future of those peoples he already CRASHED in 93 blast??? If some one form your family would be the victim of that incident, would u have thought the same about this person who killed them??
This person has future, why those inocents who got killed, didn't they had some future? A father had a future for his daughter who wants his dauthter to get married with a gud guy and he was the only caretaker of that family. Didn't he had a future for his wife, who knows that after him nobody will be there to lookafter her and she will be helpless along with his old parents? Didn't he had a plan to earn a Bread for his family though they are poor one ? And he was not alone...there were so many such fathers and caretakes in victims. Whatever his involvement is....for law he is guilty.

Why, only stars and rich persons deservers to have FUTURE ?????
Let me tell you one thing dear.....the person for whome you are caring so much....will not come to help you when you will be in trouble and was expecting a help. Insted if you just showed some sympathy to the bhikari in your local area, I'm dam sure he will not forget you and will help at his best in need.

1993 -Blast
by Sekaran Ramachandran on Aug 01, 2007 03:01 PM  Permalink

The root-cause is politicians provking remarks as a result of which act was put in and the innocents and the criminals are punished and harassed but the politicians are enjoying the scene. Is is really justified. This apart the Judge said ' I have taken away only your 6 years and continue to act for 100 years'. It is like saying that 'one has two eyes, two ears, two legs and so on and I have taken away your only two eyes and the rest of the organs are intact in your body and you can lead a good life.' Probably no further imagination on the part of the learned judge before giving the verdict or perhaps before passing the remarks as stated above. Anyway the punishment is Very Very Harsh. If one is in the shoes, then will realize it - perhaps.

not a Hero...take it ez
by on Aug 01, 2007 02:06 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

A hero in the film industry does not mean Sanjay is a hero in real life... If he were one, he would never have got into something unlawful like he did......The law should be the same for everyone....Kudos to the Indian law for having boldly sentenced somebody with so much power and clout.....
And somebody was talking about Indian Police officers and American Police.....Dude take it easy....every system has its own loopholes....the grass on the other side is always green.....Try to look up to the country you are born in.....If you cant do something good....atleast stop throwing shit at it....

law is the same for anyone. he cannot possess arms and consider himself innocent on and off the screen. acting in gandhigiri and presenting a innocent face the court cannot be fooled. our law and police cannot catch dawood and his company. justice has prevailed and no one escape from it

If he was booked for merely possessing but not using AK56, and jailed... why is Siddhu allowed to walk free even after admitting to killing a man in rage?
Strange... some lives are expensive and others are not... fail to understand justice here

failur of police dept
by nagraj goud on Jul 31, 2007 06:27 PM  Permalink

Our Indian Police and CBI Dept are always dummy
departments. They will not take any decisions by their own. They are dolls in the hands of our Stupid, criminal politicians. They never catch terrarists like Dawood Ibrahim and his gang. One thing is fact that they will never catch by our indian police. It is very shameful to our Country. I HOPE INDIAN POLICE BECAME INTILLIGENT, BRAVE, SUPEREB COPS LIKE AMERICA

dutt tada case
by nagraj goud on Jul 31, 2007 06:07 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

It is very sad day to the bollywood that the court decides six years prison to sanjaydutt. It is not necessary to give a six years jail, but fined him as much as possible because he is not a big criminal like our politicians. So many criminals in india are happily enjoying their lifes but our courts and police never catch them. May be God will help us for India.
Too much delay in court cases became common in Indian democracy. I hate this and the whole India hates our court decisions.

Decisions of the courts are based on facts of the cases, material evidences, and not on the sentiments of the people or status of the guilty persons. It is of no relevance to compare sanjay dutt case with that of politicians or other criminals. No doubt, He is very friendly with the crminals involved in 1993 blasts and acquired arms from them whether it is acquired for his protection or for lust of possessing the sophisticated arms. Though he was having close links with the terrorists involved in 1993 blasts because of which he was tried under TADA act but even then, the Hon'ble Judge has given Mr Dutt the possible minimum penalty of six years in jail otherwise, he should have been convicted for ten years or more in jail. On appeal,it may be curtailed. It will be a lesson for highly placed persons who either have no respect for the law or take law into their hands. Hon'ble Judge has very wisely given the judgement.
