Innocent Aarushi
by Rupesh Choudhary on May 24, 2008 11:43 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

I feel Aarushi was a nice innocent girl and all these stories about the servent being in a compromising position with the girl at the time of murder is to only cover up something more serious. How can a 14 year girl have affair with a 47 year servent? In Indian families, an elderly servent is respected like a fatherly figure and children do not mind siting or talking close with them. I also believe that generally children of corrupt parent develop some rebellious attitude towards them and they themselves start hating such relationhips. The culprits are parents of Aarushi and their corrupt "family friends". They deserve the maximum punishment the law can permit. Media must stop defaming the innocent girl and help the family of the slain servent.

Dr.Talwar is said to have shouted, when he was being taken away by the Police, that he has been framed by Dinesh Varma.Who is this Dinesh Varma? Arushi's friends said that she was a lively and level-headed girl. The Police said that she was not sexually assaulted. No finger-prints experts were called in to investigate. Police have come to the conclusion that the father of the girl killed his child, after a totally unprofessional way of investigation. In the interest of justice and fair play, the case should be immmediately handed over to the CB-CID for thorough, unbiased investigation. There are too many loopholes and improbabilities in this case.

Cannot Make Sense
by Indian on May 24, 2008 11:41 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Case 1
Doc having extra marital affair. Child comes to know. So? His wife knowing should be of more concern. Killing his wife made sense. Why kill the child? If the child was protesting all you need to do is to bundle her to relatives or boarding school.

Case 2
Wife swapping happening and child comes to know. Solution as in case 1. Why kill the child?

Case 3
Over sexed child. The guy is a doc. Should get a shrink for his daughter and/or send her to a strict all girls boarding school. Why kill the child?

Case 4
House hand caught with child in "la flagrante". Killing the house hand makes sense. Why kill the child? Seek professional help for child, send her to all girls boarding school. Come to think of if, why should the 14 year old use the house hand to satisfy her urges, she could have got any smart chap. Seems too far fetched.

May the dead be at peace.

UP police cannot solve this. They are a bunch of imbecile morons. Just look at the way their head honcho, the brainless sardar was talking.
Just imagine we trust our security on this bunch of sub human intelligence led criminals.

Yaar ashok, all he had to do was immediately bundle her away to relatives abroad. Or ask her mother to take her on a foreign trip. Paisey to they, passport bhi hoga. Lots of countries allow VISA on arrival.

Dont sully the name of an innocent child!Let CM Mayawati order for a CB-CID probe into the whole affair! Some enemy of the family is involved in this murky affair. There is no doubt about that.

Grooss Negligence....
by Rajesh Shetty on May 24, 2008 11:41 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Now I think the public should take the statements of the police with a pinch of salt.
Its beyond imagination that a body in not discovered close to the scene of the crime for almost 2 days ! That speaks for the application the cops have in general when it comes to most cases involving a common man. The passionate inquistiveness of a detective is clearly missing here, and reflects poorly on the investigation methods used by the police. Unless criminal investigation is not raised to the level of a engg. or medical degree, lack of evidence, forensic or otherwise, will always result in criminals going scot-free. Here the focus should be more on the killers involved rather than merely the motive. The motive could range from honour killing to extra marital affair, or maybe in order to suppress indigestible facts, the real truth might never come out. As far as evidence points out, it is more likely an insider job. Use of surgical weapon itself, and the precision slitting of the right nerves, itself provides many answers.
The servant was murdered half an hour before according to post-mortem reports, and blood stains trails on the staircase leading up, shows that the murder could have taken place below and the body later taken upstairs. Such a murder does not look pre-planned, looks more like in the heat of the moment. Maybe after the 1st murder, the body was taken upstairs. Later he might have turned his ire on his daughter. Honour killing can surely not be ruled out...

I entirely agree with you! Our Police force needs to be properly motivated and trained. They are too corrupt and inefficient.
