Today after 17 years have you woken up lacs of Kashmiri Hindus have died just waiting to die in their homeland which never fructified. What efforts did you make when you were MOS. you cried with pain and anguish when the muslims got a reasdonable and justified beating in gujrat but why did you not cry in the similsr manner in favour of Hindus. Remember the history of Muslim 's existence in the valley is 700 years old. But the history of Hindus is more than 10,000 years old.They will survive because God is with them but your community will perish because your will also not forgive you for what your community has done with them.

It is surprising that today after laps of just 18 years you have woken up when lacs of Kashmiri Hindus have died in the tents at Jammu and Delhi, just dreaming and waiting to go back and die in their own homes in their own homeland which never fructified. Your leaders have always misguided the Central Government….! What efforts did you make as MOS to work to the advantage of the Hindu Pundit community? Just writing in your personal blog doesn’t justify that you are pro-Hindu. You cried with pain and anguish when the Muslims got a reasonable and justified beating in Gujarat but why did you not cry in the similar manner in favor of Kashmiri Hindus. Why did you not go and teach your own brothers in the Mosques to call back Hindus and try to restore normalcy in the valley. Remember the history of the existence of the Muslim’s in the valley is 700 years old. But the history of Hindus is more than 10,000 years old. Without the Hindu Brahmins chanting prayers in their original manner their will never be peace and prosperity in the Valley. The souls of the dead Hindus and unsettled Hindus will always curse your brothers. Just imagine that tomorrow the 85% Hindus decide and throw out all the Muslims from the valley to the other side of the Indian boundary then how will you feel. The Hindu Community will survive because God is with them but your community will perish because your Allah will also not forgive your community for what they has done with original settlers of the valley –
It is good that Omar has discovered love for Kashmiri Hindus who r living in tents in other parts of India.Muslims have done to hindus what they have done in Pakistan,Bangladesh--drive them out to grab their women,land and houses.Is Allah watching or sleeping? Ved
Omar and I went to the same school, Sanawar, but a few years apart, we have met there a couple of times during the last decade or so.
As a NRI of over 40-years standing, my connection with Kashmir is that our family moved south from there four or five generations back. More recently both my elder brothers, now deceased, served in the army there, the younger one was killed in action in one of the wars.
I was very impressed by the fact that after the formal functions Omar was invariably among an earnest group of friends and colleagues discussing matters - Kashmiri. His lovely young family completed the picture.
Taking leave after a sumptious lunch at a mutual friend's mother's house, I told Omar I would back his bid for the post of Prime Minister.

Omar's sudden interest in the Hindus of J&k is a media game. Where were his father during the 1990's well he was propebly comfortable in London and didnt choose to make any comment through his party so why now. I for one believe that this family is corrupted right from the genes and has no moral standing to be counted as Indians along with the mufti who are nothing but terrorist speaking the language of Pak. Why dont they leave the nation and settle in Pak to see for them selves the lives of their fellow muslims being trampled every day. All this cheast beating is for a weak state like India headed by nominated PM and a govt run by proxy by the first family.
Omar is the grandson of the man who has started the campaign in 1934 to drive out Hindus from Kashmir along with the Maharaja. At that time possibly 40 percent of the population in Kashmir were Hindu and Sikhs; today it is 99 percent Muslim. Of course Muslims have benefitted by taking over the houses and land of the Hindu and Sikhs and so they were glad to drive out all non-Muslims as they did in Pakistan, East and West.
It is a lesson that Muslims cannot stay peacefully with others if the Muslims are in majority or a significant monority.
That is the reason the only way India can survive is to have an exchange of population and partition of Kashmir.

The kashmir terrorysm started with three main platform and demands. This is a direct quote from a previous article on this web-site. The three main demands were " 1. You have to say Allaho Akabar if you want to stay in the Kashmir. 2. Kashmir is integral part of the Pakistan. 3. Muslim should get hindu women without their man." Their platform still says that they should have hindu women for sexual pleasure. This shows that Islamic ideology is sick and grab others property, land, and women without any regard to decency or humanity.

Why blame him? I don't blame any Kashmiris who don't want to live with India. Why would they when our government miserably failed to protect their lives? I would side with the terrorists too if that is the only way to save my life. I think Omar Abdullah and many other Kashmiris want to be Indians. However, lack of guts by our government to root out terrorism is making them sound ambiguous sometimes.
Muslims, the so-called "moderate" ones, dare not speak about their own community's violence inflicted upon non-muslims. In U.K. and Europe, it has been shown, they justify terrorism. In that background what Omar Abdullah has said is to be appreciated enormously. As for the Indian army, the government must impart proper training in "human relations". Jawans and officers should know how to manage extremely difficult situations. It is not good for a disciplined army to go for indiscriminate or impulsive killings. I believe the Indian Public are very grateful to the Indian army but they are not proud of rowdy behaviour by army men. Whether in Kashmir or anywhere else, we want the army to be methodical but we will overlook their mistakes as long as they show good reasons why they killed civilians under certain circumstances. We should remember that the methods adopted by terrorists are also to be blamed in most cases. They go into mosques, hide amongst civilians, use human-shields of women and children.

Dear Kris, THere cant be any justification for killing an innocent. "No Matter WHat" be it Militants or Indian Army, they should be put to trial. and punished. ALso whatever Omar Abdullah has said is not true, since he himslef accepts that he wasnt presnt in Kashmir, (infact he came after 90's). THe pandit exodus was mainly planed by Governer Jagmohan and yes some bad sheep among kashmiri mulsims helped him.
