As for as my view it should be movment of agitation against china and china should give equal participation freedom in politics like other states in china
In the whole interview, this so called scholer Professor Rinpoche has not even expressed 'Thanks' for Indian help. He expressed they had freedom and taste of democracy and all.., he repeatedly said they are refugees...refugees.... But indians never saw them in that status. Infact all these years we have treated them as our guests. If you visit the village 'Bailukuppe' near Beautiful town of Madikeri in Karnataka, you will realise how our people are friendly with them. You can also see in Bangalore how they are free to do anything, absolutely anything!
But this is the fate of Indians. They have given place to all the refugees in the past but they got nothing, execept Parsies (Parsies are gift to India).
How easily he says, "we were refugees in In India,if we go out of India, then also we will be refugees". If they outside India as refugees, then they will realise how great country was. Am more than felt sad about this professor, he never thanked Indian govt and people. Atleast we could felt happy for hosting them for all these years.

Hi, If you read this interview properly it implies the thanksgiving to India. He praise the india. His concern is more about his motherland i.e. Tibet. That's obvious and natural. Mentioning himself as Refugee means he do not want to take any undue advantage of indian soil.
I do visited 'Bailukuppe', Madekeri. It's simply superb & magnificent monestry. The people of Madedkeri was helpful and peaceful. I really enjoy my stay at Coorg.
Here comes the shameless b**itch with her overt pro-china stance! My god what India has come to? We have traitors like these openly praising an enemy country all for money thrown at them by the Chinese! Is this democracy and free press? It is corruption to the core and shows how rotten Indian govt and press have become! Look at the kind of questions Sheela is asking. For a while I thought the interview was being conducted by a Xinhua reporter.......

Swami Madhware,
Pl dont be over shadowed by her crucial questions. She repeatedly asked 'how India is powerful than china?', I suppose, to explore what others think about the 'power' by comparing the two nighbouring country. pl dont mistake. But she could have asked more tough pro-India questions, but she is not sitting in USA/UK you know. However am not praising the Inteview too much but its 'OK' to explore many information.
NEHRU was the only reason FOR indo-china war at 1962.
see the full details in the book of IndiaS China War by Neville Maxwell............... which was banned in India ......................................................

hey stu**dee!!!!! dont go by a book full of bullS**tee, chinese authority is/was very clever and want to dominate the world. they betrayed with Nehru. yes Nehru can be hold responsible for defeat of India.
Non-violence will not work with chinese man-eaters. Only option is to crush them down. We should get more powerfull. Chinese have only power but not intelligence or human values.
Some semblance and restraint to be exercised by the Chinese. It will be difficult to control the situation later! countries may boycott the Olympic Games at Beijing.Every step is to be taken very carefully to see that it is a Win Win situation!!
Its shame that our parliamentarians who were jumping up and down for terrorist supporter and oil black-marketeer Saddam and wanted to condemn the US army action in Iraq have no sympathy for our neighbor Tibet.

As long as we have a spinless MMS with sonia maino & the commies congress at the helm, there is no chance for India to counter the Chinese in their invasion of Tibet.
Just shows what a spinless government we have. We looked the other way when Nepal went the Commie way with arson, looting, rape being conducted by the commies. We had a Nelson's view on Burma & now its poor Tibet thats suffering.
Just withdraw from the oylmpic games to be held in China, give them where it hurts the most.

roy, shouldn't you be in Mumbai begging for a job like your other Bong brothers and sisters and aunts and uncles?
One can not deal with a normal law-abiding person and a hardned criminal in the same way. Standard rule does not work with everyone everywhere. One has to deal with the situation in a manner it makes the right impact. China is not a democracy. They do not care what others think of them. Past repressions on democratic movements in China is a clear indication of their style. If you deal with them in a middle-path approach, it will hardly make any impact on them. It is a waste of time. In the process, the young freedom-loving Tibetans will go impatient, leading to violence. Still, Chinese may not care. Because of the forthcoming Olympic, it is the right time to bring MAXIMUM pressure on China from all parts of the world, especially the developed countries. In fact, some countries should start talking about even boycott of Olympics unless the Tibetans are given their democratic rights -- autonomy. If so, Chinese might relent. Wish the Tibetans all luck.

there is no middle path with China ... Ask Mr. J. Nehru
Tibet is in the news recently for uprising against the Chinese Rule.Dalai Lama's intention in organizing such a protest is not known.May be the timing was wrong.Bejing is to host the much awaited Olympic in the near future. Is it an attempt to force the issue or tarnish the image of China. The bottom line, like all other leaders,Dalai Lama has also played his trick in the present uprising.Chinese are no naive to such situations. They will handle the issues in their own way.But what is required is clear India stand on the issue.Whether India will lodge just a protest terming it as an internal affairs or make it public that China should alter its policy towards Tibetans. This is what is required from the Govt since the Tibetans are living in India as refugees and Dalai Lama is running the govt in exile from the soil of India. India has border problems with China including Arunachal Pradesh.Chines must be told in unequivocal terms that they should find a lasting solution and that negotiation is the best possible way for this problem. They must invite the protesting leadership for a negotiated solution. Whether the protest will continue or not it will depend on the China's behaviour and their handling of the situation. The uprising will continue if their repressive policy goes on.If they deal with them with compassion and have a dialogue to find a permanent solution in accordance with people's aspirations, there will be no problem declared the representatives.China should act fast.
