WHY THIS BIAS??
by sreenivasu varasala on Jul 10, 2008 07:25 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

So far narco analysis has been the single most reliable tool by the investigative agencies. But I ask you, why was not the same narco analysis conducted on Telgi and Abu Salem not given the same consideration. They both had implicated top bureaucrats and politicians like Chhagan Bhujbal and Sharad Pawar to name a few. Why was no action taken on the basis of the narco analysis then???? This is India my friends, the real culprits will always go scot free as long as they have the right 'connections'.

Mr. Sreenivas Varasala...

In India you can use narco analysis to investigate; but not as a proof in the court...

I suppose this clarifies your doubt...

Thanks for the info. My point is why was no follow up or investigation not carried out on the basis of narco analysis results in the earlier cases???

12 years and still looking for the killer.
by Chandra Shekar on Jul 10, 2008 07:18 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

This is the differene between the US and Indian cultures. We as a society have managed to trivialise life to the point where a 14 year old can be butchered (probably gang-raped) in her own home and her parents nor the police have a clue or CARE about what REALLY happened.

The family of Jon Benet Ramsey still holds out hope the 6-year-old beauty queen's killer will be found, her aunt said Thursday, a day after prosecutors cleared the girl's father, brother, and deceased mother in her slaying.
John Ramsey found his daughter's strangled and bludgeoned body in the basement of the family's home in Boulder on Dec. 26, 1996. Patsy Ramsey said she found a ransom note demanding $118,000 for her daughter.

loop hole
by R Balasubramanian on Jul 10, 2008 07:13 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

How did Aarushi came to know about their discussion and plan? Why it was not disclosed to her parents who were very well available at the house on that fateful night? It is quite common that during night, bed rooms are commonly locked by the occupants and in the given circumstances that her father was a suspecious man, how could he not check the security of her daughter on that particular night.
Further when the culprit was in inebriated state, he could definitely not identity the room of the deceased as well as he could not have committed the crime without any sound or noise and even his applying of force on the body could not be same as it would have had in normal happening.
Let CBI not fool around as they did in the past. If they have determined to save the real culprit no amount of investigation and test will be futile to come to logical conclusion. This is just as old saying - a sleeping person can be awakened but a pretender cannot be. This aptly suits CBI.Its better to close down this agency which is a bad debt to the exchequer.

facts facts facts!!!Only if people could check facts before posting comments...

According to the supposed confession Aarushi was approached by Rajkumar the fateful night with wrong intentions in her room..and when she opposed and threatened to complain she was murdered. (dunno how could she fly away from the capitivity and inform her parents with two big men around her )...
Her father forgot to lock the room that nioght....he cannot be hanged for that..or should he be?
The victim had drinks...and its not necessary that after drinks you don't identify rooms...or you're unable to hold a person from screaming...people who are habitual drinkers..generally manage to be consciously aware of their actions even after many drinks.

Just to answer your queries..... and am glad CBI did some investigation inspite of people who oppose every diligence ...every investigation ..infact everything!

What Mr.Balu says is correct... Mr. Himani is praising the validity of a regular drinker.. Does it mean that a regular will not engage in abnormal activities while he/she is drunked ? a false praise... i think it is self praise !

Dear Bala,

I agree with you. Whatever CBI is saying is not possible. It is possible only if Aarushi's parents were not at home else how come three drunk people kill a fairly strong girl of 14 without even a scream coming out.

Even if that happened, why Talwars have been behaving suspiciously?

exactly u r right... please wait and see to hear future investigation reports.. thiis is not the end and conclusion.. narco analysis test.. the history of the investigation moves like a novel.. the accused have strong reason for murders.. we have view this case with deep sentiment and as well investigative module.. our Indian society gives great importance to family.. it is unbelievable to hear a father killing her own daughter.. this situation should not come to any parent.. they couldn't even mourn their daughter's death. at the crucial murdered day we could see them airing their innocence in the case rather than weeping for their bereaved daughter.. dear readers, promote sisterhood and brotherhood among people .. Indian society is going in the evil path..

Just thinking of the values old Indian families had. When I was a little kid about 25 years back, I was sent to my Granny's place if my parents were out of station or something.AND my Granny used to sleep next to me.Not in another room.

Yeah, u r right. Why for 13 Year old, nowadays parents make their young ones (of not even 3 yrs of age) occupy a separate room and sleep alone. all an offshoot of "Vaastu" and ofcourse your reasoning.
