Agreed we have ruffians all over the country...but does that mean the 'dhartiputra' has the right to beat everyone even if he's wrong. That's not the way to walk. Raj is a COWARD and so he do need ruffians for his safety.
raj is deliberately provoking people to create problems..
and biharis pagal hogaye bihar main...... they are falling into thackery trap by going against the marathi judge......
hindustan bewakufon ka desh hai........jo apas main ladte rehte hai for their false self esteem which is created by politcians for their own vested interested....
Today I am really feeling ashamed on being Indian.I think all European nations and Americans should throw all indians, residing in their land, outside of their own country in a very brutal manner. If we do not identify ourself as indian rather maharastrian or bihari or up, we do not have any right to move to other country . We' indian' do not deserve respect becuse the illeterate person like Raj thakrey is being heard and he is still free and saying all those non-sense. Come and conquer India , we do not deserve respect . Spitt on All indian face including me . shame on being Indian.We did not learn from our past mistake when british ruled for 200 years by dividing nations on the basis of caste and religion .
If Raj thakrey, Who is also a rich builder in mumbai' is so concerned about Marathi then why he does not sell and even provide free flat to poor Maharstrian .At the time of selling flat this man does not see state but only money and profit. Shame on being indian!!!!!!

My dear freind thats what I have been posting that we were better off ruled by britishers then having Independence....at least we were united then......we still live that colonial mentality of doing anything if a foreigner says anything but not the same when a Indian says it.
We Indian dont have any nationalism thats the biggest problem

Look you are right in saying people should change their attitude , but I do not know why it does not work in india and person like Raj is heard more clearly.Unless thrAshed humiliated and badly beaten ,we indian never open our eyes.

Thats my frustration as well "why its not working in India" I guess its biggest democracy and less managed. And i think its just 60 years of independence ... Country of 14(or 16?) major languegaes almost more than 900 languages, different cultures, different perspectives ...considering all that 60 years is small time (honestly we guys are bit slow also)..couple of more decades should see big and better changes..I pray..

Do not generalise the behaviour based on state . Are all maharstrian well behaved!!!!Bad people are in every community .Raj tharey is a rich builder and anyone can say how much law abiding he will be when it comes to making profit!!!

Ok You ask all maharstrian staying in other country not to celebrate Ganesh puja there and celebrate only chrismas or any local festival popular there. Ok so now u talk abt Indian..In first post u mentions maharashtrians and ganesh puja etc ... With that lady in new year incident All were not maharashrians....(Its was the sad incident though) ...Go and check the crime reports in Mumbai..U would see more than half and UP and biharis criminals...I could grow if u consistent about the topic..U change tracks so fast..LoL ..I have better proposal..just admit that ppl need to better their attitude.specially when they immigrate.Respect the new land respect new cultures...Hamesha hoshiyari karege to yehi haal hogaa...

Good for you....You sound so self contradictior ..when u said We Indian dont deserve respect , right on ur first post..doesn tthat mean generalising. U trying to speak for all Indians..?? Raj is a shrewd manipulator. He understands that we need people from all walks of life to make a city prosper. He knows that Mumbai is the epicenter of India%u2019s economy.
He is basically fighting for lower level jobs in Govt depts. and down the level service jobs (drivers, attendants, shopkeepers etc etc) for Marathis. These are the vote banks. If you further dive deep you will understand his economic sense. Generally govt jobs go for the inefficient bunch of people, who pay bribe and get inside govt jobs and retire. He wants to ensure that only local people are given this job so that he can collect the bribe and make these people employable. This is the first step where his revenue comes in. Regarding lower level service jobs he wants to ensure that locals are given these jobs, so that he can penetrate into such groups, start union for them and make money thru membership fee, goondaism etc etc.
He has opened the lethal box. If he is stopped, in the next election the ruling party will not get the votes from the local population. If he is not arrested, then he will continue such tactics and make life miserable for all.
They say %u2018Time is the best healer%u2019. I do not know in this case whether it will happen.

yes,kavita is right. On this issue both the Senas have a common agenda. A Patriotic Indian can only support action against Illegal Immigrants.Not against fellow Indians.[whatever their Religion,Caste or region]. We can easily blame Raj and the Shiv sena.But what about the Congress and Communists playing Politics with Illegal Immigrants in Assam and Bengal and "Exporting" them to Mumbai as "Indians"?
Looking at the state of affairs in this country be it politicians or the thinking of common man I feel it would had been had Britishers still ruled us....just look at the way we all are fighting among ourselves at least under colonial rule India was united, people felt for others and respected others now a days the thinking is who cares the damn about others be it his relatives.
Abuse others or stoop down to any level to make your presence felt even though nobody cares a damn about you.....and the funny thing is we havent been still able to come out of colonial rule mentality....we still bend from waist against any foreigner but dont want to respect fellow Indians.
Whats the point cursing Raj or north indians for that matter.
