Thats my frustration as well "why its not working in India" I guess its biggest democracy and less managed. And i think its just 60 years of independence ... Country of 14(or 16?) major languegaes almost more than 900 languages, different cultures, different perspectives ...considering all that 60 years is small time (honestly we guys are bit slow also)..couple of more decades should see big and better changes..I pray..
