As majority of people in India are believers and they also believe that nothing moves without the God's will, so the apex court should also tell all the petitioners this same thing. People should take everything that is happening, whether good or bad, as the will of the God and be happy with it. Since everything happens with the God's knowledge and his approval, there is nothing to save the country from. There is one thing the believers can do. As happens in many occasions, a special ritual be performed to change the God's ways.

India state police is failure... Its better to allow small localities to have their own police...
The government should act as per the principle of equal justice and true spirit of democracy, that no one is above law. But the government is sitting pretty with persons of criminal history, vote for money etc which will not get ashamed over the remarks of the apex judicary.The Judges instead of making a passing remark during course of argument, better pronouce their judgement on the similar lines, without any room for the government t omonovour.
Remember once our SC denied Jayalalithaa of Tamilnadu to continue as CM; but TN Highcourt allowed her to be as CM !!!!!!! Why???? Just because our SC is distant from TN whereas TN HC is within TN. If our Judges are corrupt-free & fear-free, our country will got saved Herself. Jai Hind
Hi All, I don't understand how can anybody says these words against the God (whatever may be the religion) that "Even God cannot save this country". Everyone should respect his/her God and should avoid these mistakes.

Definitely judges are not made specially in heaven. There are blacksheeps in judiciary too just in any other system. But, the percentage of accountability of Judges is much better than the Politicians, Businessmen or a Government Employee. Lets also not forget the castiest mentality of the ordinary Indian, who supports his favourite Politician, eventhough he is a murderer, criminialetc... But,Once in a while some bold judges deliver some good judgements which even the educated idiots cannot understand. Definitely God only can save this country.

No. Even God (if there is one) has abandoned us. He/She/It is firmly behind the winning side, i.e., the West.
Supreme Court is now to tell openly what it feels wrong. It is a good move. Supreme Court was misguided or fooled by undertaking on Babri mosque. Courts may has wrong and right views, different order by different benches on same matter. We had some examples from Calcutta high court (Ban on pre-1975 vehicles refused wrong) and opinion to change the government was right though CPM was unhappy with judge's comment.
Judiciary cant talk about gods for several reasons. If they talk about only Gods and not Allah, then its discrimination against Muslims (Sorry Minorities). Its the same judiciary which will ask for Birth Certificate of Shri Ram if some one argues that Shri Ram was born in Ayodhya. The same judiciary will also ask for "proof" of construction of Ram Setu. For common people GOD is the only hope. Politicians are useless, Bueracracy is shameless, and Judiciary just doesnt care. How can you justify courts getting summer and winter holidays when soooo many cases are pending. Judiciary talks about contempt of court, but why doesnt court take action against the President of India for indecision on mercy petitions ? Is it not contempt of court ? Or the court authorities does not have guts to ask the president.
the learnned supreme court should take suitablecorrective actions instead of passing the buck and blaming the politicians. the present judiciary should remember that the freedom of the country was achieved by a group of learned baristers and vakils who sacrifised all their positions,wealth&health,without thinking about the returns other than the well being of the nation.they never thout of secularalism nor of votes,positions ,or crores. infact most of them gave their crores for the cause.they never thought of the crores they could get by doing a one legged dance.JAIHIND!

Are you under a haze of opium ? to whom did the judiciary pass the buck ? when the lawmakers, whom you elect, passes laws which protect them from Judicial punishment, what can the judges do ? Even when we had Judges of the highest calibre, the politicians could hardly be touched, so how can they ever be brought to justice ? Even the most powerful man, George Bush, was helpless when his daughter was arrested by a ordinary traffic cop. In India, Lalu's daughter slapped someone in Kerala and the brave mallus, started crying and killing each other !
