The government should act as per the principle of equal justice and true spirit of democracy, that no one is above law. But the government is sitting pretty with persons of criminal history, vote for money etc which will not get ashamed over the remarks of the apex judicary.The Judges instead of making a passing remark during course of argument, better pronouce their judgement on the similar lines, without any room for the government t omonovour.
