Supreme Court is now to tell openly what it feels wrong. It is a good move. Supreme Court was misguided or fooled by undertaking on Babri mosque. Courts may has wrong and right views, different order by different benches on same matter. We had some examples from Calcutta high court (Ban on pre-1975 vehicles refused wrong) and opinion to change the government was right though CPM was unhappy with judge's comment.
