Right now women commission is made of 97% divorced women, while india is made of 98% married women. Why is NCW mostly made of divorced women allowed to pass such laws? These women who are divorced represent a small fraction of bitter, sadistic women and will only destroy the family system in india.
Women Commission must allocate at-least 90% of office positions to married women and let them pass laws to maintain Domestic Harmony. These laws affect married women most and they must be allowed to make laws and not some divorced women who do not know how to have a relationship.

%u2022 Service providers in DV (Domestic Violence) LAW should be neutral persons for correct justice and good for society. Restricting service providers to women rights activist%u2019s organizations is unfair. Judges and officials should be neutral. There should not be a force on them, to give one sided views, as part of the job requirement. To put a force by Law, that if you do not say one sided views, then after 3 years you will be removed from the list of service providers, and so will not get Govt. money, is wrong, this is to encourage by money, distorted picture and reports. Rule 11 (1), of 2006 Rules of DV Law should be changed. %u201CWith the objective of protecting the rights and interests of women %u201Cshould be removed. Social service neutral organizations should be service providers, and protection officers.
basically feel that their licence to beat their wives in order to discipline them being snatched. Comments below only reinforce that perception. Women will use this law only if there is something wrong with the marriage or she has some mental illness. So my advice to men is that marry the right person and behave well - that is the only way you will be safe. The law is good and must be preserved.

It is a shame that people like you even exist. There are a lot of extortion rackets which use these laws to trap innocent men and torture families for money. Why have such laws? If so, what is the harm in punishing those who have been proven to be lying in a court of law? Also, why not make them gender neutral. You must be either a moran of one of these idiots from NCW.

If you know the girl and the parents well - where is the question of extortion rackets ? A good well to do girl will not suddenly become a member of an extortion racket. I think you need to get your attitudes examined else you will not come up with such absurd logic to oppose it. I have suggestions for those who have been falsely accused under this law but that it would not be right to post it here.
1. Please understand that this LAW has nothing about beating or Violence. This is called Domestic Violence LAw to fool the press. This is primarily a house occupation LAW. Feminists want to encourage women to break marriages, so they are tempting women that see if you break marriage , you can get a share out of husbands friends or relatives house. The LAW is for occupying the costiliest house among husbands relatives and friends. Please read Section 17 and 19 of the LAW.
2. Lets see the statistisc. In year 2005, in Delhi alone 10,000 complaints by wifes were recorded. Ir respective of what the reason is for matrimonial diacord, 498a was used in almost all cases. 498a is Dowry LAw , in which there is no bail, and you are arrested without investigation. So you have to go to jail or underground.
3. In every matrimonial conflict 5 persons average are put in 498a. So in Now how many houses will come under attach. So even if your friends or sons or daughtre's wife has a fight with his husband, and they have slept in your house say for 1 day. Your house would be trouble.
Please understand 1/3 of children in some countries are suffering in fatherless families, due to feminists new LAWs. Feminists are doing to earn Govt. and UN money. The more distorted articles you write in press , you indirectly get more cash.
There is a chance that you are unmarried, or amoung a few lucky once in todays times.

Regarding extortion racket, how this happens. When the marriage do not work for 100's of reasons, specially with todays demanding wifes.
There is bitterness, and who do not like easy money by wrong LAWs, specially by the domestic violence LAW ( from oct 2006 ), in which you get costiliest house of relative. Thus the extortion racket is started.
It is tempting to say give me this much money or go to Jail in dowry LAW 498a.
You are asking husbands and men to behave. Why are you not asking both man and women to behave. Why should a man become a puppet in hands of wife, why should he lose all ethicks, egnity, due to unhuman unequal new LAWs .
Laws should be balanced so that bad girls are also kept under check. And there is a way out for innocent husbands. Basic principles of civil Liberty followed for so long should also be followed in feminists new LAws. The demand for divorce after trying for 7 years is Good. This is basic human right.
Every man genetically thinks he can solve problems, he can make his marriage work with almost any girl in the world. When up against LAW and feminists influenced wifes, then only he understands. SO your thinking that you have a solution, can be due to hearing from someone, In my database of about 1000 husbands , not even 1 got divorce , unless wife agrees for mutual settlement.

A girl in locality told the would be boy , she will marry him, but will not stay even for 1 day with his parents. Boy was only child, he refused. That is perfectly OK.
The problem is after a few boys rejest this girl, to get married she do not tell this condition to the other boy, and basically agrees to all the boy say. they get married and a conflict point starts. IS this fair to boy. After marriage husband has to agree to all what she says, else will never get divorce or children, and jail or underground along with distant relatives, by 498a ( dowry ) is inevitable . Also now the Domestic Violence LAW is made to ensure that costiliest relatives house is in trouble.
Defination of Violence as per this LAW is practically, ""potentiality of verbal abuse"". Potentiality of verbal abuse is sufficient to through husband out of own house.
Even if the girl has some mental problems or feminists influence, or medical problems. All these LAW remain the same. Boys should come to terms with reality. Chears.
489a( dowry ) is arrest without investigation, non bailable. Domestic violence takes your house, potentiality of verbal abuse is sufficient to throw husband out of house.
Complaints by wifes against husbands are increasing every year. 2005 more then 10,000( ten thousand ) complaints were received in Delhi. Virtuall all of these use 498a. Delhi has a population of 1.5 crores. So probability of a person ( women or man ) getting 498a terror, in 1 year , is 10,000 / 1.5 crores = 1/300 Lets say a person lives for 50 years so her or his probability of 498a is 1/6 .
So please wake up join the fight against feminists, or face your women relatives in jail due to 498a and house fights with DV new LAW.
