Sheila Digshit is a great manipulator
by subhash narayan sirur on Oct 20, 2007 12:17 AM  Permalink

Mrs.Sheila Digshit does not know anything that is going on in New Delhi. She does not about the abductions, about the callous and criminal police force, she does not know anything about the Blue(RED)lines killers. If she does not anything about these, she has no business to be the Chief Minister.Let her spend time as SONIA GANDHI sychophancy brigade. And all the more surprising, that all that is happening in New Delhi,Sonia has not uttered a word. She is happy enconsed in her fortified house, enjoying the tainted perks of being the Congress chief. How shameful can Indian politics get and to what further depths can it reach.Mr.Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi must be shedding tears, maybe sobbing in pain at the way the Congress party has deteriorated in word and deed.A deep cleansing is required.Dr.Manmohan Singh has become the thumb impression of Mrs.Gandhi.After having made a name for himself all these years as an able economist and an honest human,he did not need this grief to be Sonia's subservient servant.Self respect should have made him resign. But,then politics teaches, honest humans,a new meaning to honesty. In short it means you honestly make what is not yours and promise people what they will never get and get your skin transplanted with a thicker variety of skin.Maybe one of the reasons why so many elephants are lost to the world.

this is similar to the private buses of kerala...... the people sitting inside the bus will be praying all the way till they reach destination and seeing a pvt bus coming on road people will stay at a distance....

its really thrilling experience for the killi, driver/conductor,, kerala has now given speed limit to these buses and strict actions taken

Unarmed Terrorists Blue Line Bus-Drivers
by D goel on Oct 19, 2007 01:55 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Pkl. Afternoon 2.45pm,19th oct ,2007,Friday
The long&short of the free riders on the prowl on National Capital 's Killer Roads show just lethargy and and rack-renting from all concerned. The State dissolves its duty to provide transport services at reasonably low costs and public Safety. It allows unworthy old Machines be constantly drudging on with break-neck speeds with entirely irresponsible and skillless drivers killing and maiming their customers as well as other public by-standers, impartially. The owners and contractors get their day's wages of such public Delinquencies.
Public apathetic to others as long as they can hurry up to their chores , suffer discomfort and
stay non-protesting ,as they know they have no where else to get any relief.High-Court steps in , it is this intervention, hopefully, if it works, shall alleviate life for Metro Commuters , who have been facing these commuting Hazards for long...

Blue Line Buses - Solution
by kakani sarma on Oct 19, 2007 01:37 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

If the Hon'ble Chief Minister of NCT Delhi can consider this, I have a solution. Simply hand over all the DTC Buses (AC/Non AC and local/intercity/interstate) to TATA company along with staff. The staff viz., Drivers, Conductors, Depot Staff can continue to be paid from the Government of Delhi i.e. pay, perks, retirement benefits, etc. But they must be made accountable to the TATA for their day to day duties. Any disciplinary action vis-a-vis the duties and responsibilities of staff, if required, can be taken by the Govt. of NCT Delhi on the recommendation of TATA. In this way, the employees i.e. Drivers, etc need not feel insecure since their salaries, pension, OTA, etc are totally safe. Also the Government may encourage TATA to hire necessary number of drivers/conductors and a mutually agreable financial arrangement can also be made between the two on this issue. Thereby the burden of recruiting the staff for a longer period can be avoided.

On the other hand TATAs can manage the bus service very efficiently and their management skills are known to everybody. Besides, they can assist the DTC in maintenance of the buses also since they have bus production units.

I request the Hon'ble CM of NCT Delhi to consider this suggestion.

Secondly, we Delhites are also to a certain extent responsible for the accidents that are taking place. First I have observed that many of us do not prefer DTC buses. Second the two wheelers never stick to a particular lane and keep on coming

Blue line bus

The present problem of over speeding can be controlled if only 15 to 20 standing passengers are allowed in buses. Then all blue line and DTC buses shall have enough passengers to run profitably and public can travel peacefully.
