The owners and contractors get their day's wages of such public Delinquencies. Public apathetic to others as long as they can hurry up to their chores , suffer discomfort and stay non-protesting ,as they know they have no where else to get any relief.High-Court steps in , it is this intervention, hopefully, if it works, shall alleviate life for Metro Commuters , who have been facing these commuting Hazards for long...
