The fake encounter case is really a discoraging step of UPA govt. to fight against terrorists by the police & army. By this Police & Defence personnel will fear to encounter the terrorists.Also this is helping terrorism. The terrorists are killing innocent people & also police. But the people who are crying for this fake encounter are silent on this as if they are pro-terrorists & helping terrorists. So dear citizens, please give moral support to these convicted police officers & specially to Mr. Narendra Modi.

On what basis you are making false allegations against the CM Modi is not known to me. If you are thinking of Gujarat riots to malign him, you should understand that it was a spontanious reaction to the train carnage by the Hindus of Gujarat. If a page of old discarded Khuran is used by street vendor unknowingly to cover peanut in any part of country, or even in any part of world is sufficient cause for Muslims in this country to come to streets and hold cities and its people at ransom, and you people are justifying that, 60 people were burnt alive in Godra carnage and when Hindus reacted in a befitting manner, you are raising finger against Mr. Modi. This is not acceptable. You go through the entire history of the nation, you cannot see any instance where Hindus started the riots. It was only when they were attacked and they are retaliating, everybody is making hue and cry. If they are silently suffer everything everybody including you will be happy.

They have given "Verdict" on innocence of JeM militant...by telling he was innocent...who are u to decide whether he was innocent or criminal?

I think if Afzal cannot be hanged in this country then they have no right to ask justice over the "fake encounter" issues...bcoz in these cases the "fakes" were mostly hard cored criminals.
As far as Modi is concerned, these acts are expected from Congress and allies as they want to rule Gujarat by hook or crook and therefore these acts have been initiated by these political parties to hamper the image of BJP in Gujarat. (maybe preparing for next elections)
I will not be surprised if another Big "Godhra" type of incident is initiated to rule Gujarat by these congressmen.
Remember Godhra is 80% populated by Muslims and thus is a "fort" for congress...so whatever happens in muslim dominated areas are naturally acts of political parties supporting them blindly to blame the opposition.
Modi, if forms his own party then also will Win...as he has done so much for Gujarat's & India's progress

They according to Jana were picked by SOG and BSF based in Kupwara in 1998 while they were on way to Srinagar. She only came to know about the incident when she saw the clothes in police station Kupwara and informed that they are buried in martyrs grave yard in Regipora Kupwara. The SOG and BSF according to Jana have claimed to have killed the non-local militants. She was about to narrate the story of Sharief-ud-Din, who was arrested by troops in 2001, Sanjay interrupted and said, "Yahan Kya Baygoonah Lagoo Ko Be Mara Jata Hai (Is is fact that innocent people are being killed here?" Sanjay kept listening to all this in a state of shock. Sharief was the lone bread earner for five sisters and two brothers, yet to be married. If you are not quoting from a credible source, then please refrain from doing so. PEACE...
If the people killed in encounters are really terrorists then one can justify the encounters. But police should be cautious in not taking innocent civilians for granted. And it is the duty of the government to be impartial and not to instigate violence against one community which the ruling party cannot get votes. When an innocent civilian is killed, it will create more terrorists from the victim's family.

There were more than 13 cases registered against these two people and also involved in several anti-social activities. If these people are innocent then I am sorry to say that we all are coward criminal who always show sympathy to these people and let our society went wild. People should not discourage the attempts to execute these antisocial criminals out of society and give them more and more brutal punishment so that society has less crimes and we can sleep happily. Ofcourse every militant, criminal must be brutally killed so that society contains less crime. Go and checkout gulf countries, european countries, even singapore. They manage to control crime because of strict law and punishment. Unfortunately indian constituition dont have provision for strict measures otherwise there might not be any word in our dictionary called terrorists and the garbage pakistan would no longer exist on the map of world.
