The fake encounter case is really a discoraging step of UPA govt. to fight against terrorists by the police & army. By this Police & Defence personnel will fear to encounter the terrorists.Also this is helping terrorism. The terrorists are killing innocent people & also police. But the people who are crying for this fake encounter are silent on this as if they are pro-terrorists & helping terrorists.
