Excercise for delaying ageing process.

Little brisk walking for 45 minutes a day, yoga mainly Pranayamam for 15 mts with 3 intervals of 5 mts. and meditation of your choice for 10 mts. will be enough and practical to keep your body and mind fit.

These yogas are India's old methods fro shastras!Becaus e the body is essential to perform any rites to satisfy GOD!Life is dear to all but everyone has been made to forget why so?

Yoga and meditation cultivate smartness without negativities. u cant claim 'no negativitiy, with excercise' for sure.

We have an Exercise Club in my hometown in West Bengal. Several members got admission to IITs and one even to the TIFR.

I am 51 and quite agile. About 4 years back I got a slip disc while exercising vigoriously and bending.So for the benefit ensure no vigorious movements as stated in the message . Do Yoga regularly .

I agree with Vikasji. Whether it is Vigorous exercise or Yogaasanas, you should nhave a good trainer. Otherwise, they will damage you for life. The best way is to do moderate exercise or sports that suit your energy levels regularly.

everyone cannot exercise, so does that mean they will become obese? That is not the sace, one can be thin and agile with proper eating habits. check out www.foodyoga.org

The correct regimen should also include yoga and meditation.They will not substitute the physical exercises but compliment them effectively.
