"ONCE MADE IS A MISTAKE, TO REPEAT IS CRIME." it was a mistake, and he came back to india to face the concequences, he did not run away. Its a very harsh decision, he has already spent 16 months in jail, the torture he went through for 14 years, is already more than 6years of prison, better would have been sentencing him for some social service. 6 years in jail is absolutely unfair.

you are right.. people of India should stop supporting people just because in screen they are good..
I would have been in agreement with the judgement ,hd it been pronounced 2within of act being commuted. If the delay of 14 years hs taken place (not at the instance of Sunjay Dutt) and he has been a good law abidng citizen ,then there should be reprieve. This yard stick should apply to all >2 years of the

yes.. good suggestion.. but then it requires a progressive nation with efficient, forward thinking systems/processes, to take cognizance of such suggestions and act upon it. Even if somebody were to suggest this,probably a committee would set up and then would get badly formulated and more badly applied. !!! I see not much hope for this country.. anyway continue thinking and writing good suggestions .. this is the only way to go

Yes I agree to this he should allow to work in film but all his money should go to needy people and for good cause, utilise his caliboure never allow to seat him idle and eat. He is not so bad, though did mistake, take the money out of him. Archna

Despite of having lot of pressure from politicians, high profile personalities, Underworlds, you have shown all India that judicial system exist as is not Maibapp of any high profile personality.
This is a good lessons for other who feel that their profile can turn the judicaial system on their fingure if they mingle with the law.
Apne mahan desh ko mahan is liye kaha jata hai ki logo ne apne vatan ke liye jaan dii maine mivies mai dekha hai ki bharatiya dushman ko bhi raham ane par cho dete hai lekin munna to apna hai aur usne jo galati ki hai use uski saja pahale mil chuki hai abhi use ek chance dena chahiye Agar apna desh mahan hai to sanjay dutta ko maf karana hoga.
