RE:why bjp prefers impotent people like

inkypinky is there some problem with your inky-pinky? Why do you talk only about impotent people?
A lady has been elected as the President of this country. That fact itself is worthy of immense satisfaction to millions in this country as it gives out a message that in spite of a lot of problems that this country might face, there are certain facets where it goes far beyond the "progressive" western thought.
Though being relatively orthodox in its political thought, the political class has surprisingly given its voice to a woman candidate to be their first lady President. For all their cussedness, I think they went beyond their own estimation in this regard and they richly deserve a round of applause. Of course, the question of whether she was the most appropriate will remain. But now that she has been elected, that question should be decently buried. Odd voices of dissent are but the essence of pluralistic democracy, but one must remember that "one robin does not a summer make."

Dear "Cool",
First things first. Just because you know how to read and type gives you no right to abuse. And since I do not accept your abuse, you can keep it with you.
Second, you seem to have improperly assumed that I heartily endorse a criminal as the President of India. Apart from the canard that you so blithely spout, since no court has indicted her criminally for you to so assume, you altogether miss the point that my appreciation is for the amazing acceptance of the political class to having a lady as the President. I particularly wish to bring to your notice the fact that I state my doubt on whether she was the best candidate, per se for the post. One might argue that since there is a prima facie case against her, it was her moral duty to repudiate the candidature. It, however, also stands to reason that since the case was dragged up, post her candidature, there could be political kniving behind the cases.
Be that as it may, my conclusion has only been that now that she has been saddled at the Rashtrapati Bhavan, we, who so self-righteously condemn the desecration of the sanctity of the post of the President by the politicians, should not commit the same crime without the slightest hesitation. Remember, those who live in glass houses should not throw stones at others!

By your standards, most of the politicos are pure as snow. Therefore, we should not criticize any politician. Strange logic.
You know why BJP liked Dr. Kalam? His cook prepare very good pakauris and chai. BJP chaps were there at Kalam's almost every other week, crying about something or other which Sonia Aunty had done. Poor Dr. Kalam had to listen to them knowing fully well he could do nothing about it. I sincerely hope he shall be contributing more to our country after his retirement. Teaching is more honourable job then being Headmaster of rowdy crowd of Indian Politicians. His contributions before he became president are more honourable and important than after he occupied Rashtrapati Bhawan.
People who are talking about Smt. Patil as puppet President should realise any president in India is merely a rubber stamp. He comes into play only when there is a minority Govt. Let%u2019s hope this country gets a Govt. with clear majority. We still have very good, intelligent and clean politicians who would carry this country to greater heights provided they have political mandate and are not dependent on crutches of regional parties like DMK/AIDMK/BSP/SP etc. Jai Bharat.
Congress giving 10% economic growth, booming stock markets (sensex increased by record margin of 9000 in 3 years), excellent bills for rural poor like rural employment guarantee act, bharat navnirman yojna, new airports being built across the country, supermarkets all over the country, new roads, dams, brdiges, railways showing record profit etc etc etc.
In short, India is moving oops RUNNING ahead. Those who want to run with it, we are happy to have you along and those who want to keep bi*ching abt everything, keep rotting in ur hell for ever. Looks like there are lots of the latter kind of ppl in this message board. HA HA HA HA HA.

Why do u forget tht its the same govt which has compulsorily introduced reservations for SC/ST in institutes of higher learning and plans to do the same in corporate sector. Prime minister of the same govt(bull shit congress) is asking for limit on earnings of corporate world without giving any thought to the increasing expenses of the govt. Also most of the things which u have stated like excellent bills for rural poor like rural employment guarantee act, bharat navnirman yojna, new airports being built across the country, supermarkets all over the country, new roads, dams, brdiges were started during the bjp rule. First u clear ur basics and than point any fingers at the majority opinion reflected in this forum.

first u clear ur basics frustrated a**hole. rural employment guarantee act is the brainchild of sonia gandhi. also right to information act bill, rural health commission bill, and bharat navnirman yojna scheme was started by present UPA govt. looks like u r a frustrated sore loser from BJP who thinks for a party above the country and so are not able to appreciate the good things done by the congress.bjp started many things like uti scam, coffin scam, tehelka scam, terrorist surrender etc etc. ha ha ha. bangalore international airport and hyderabad international airports were started when UPA came into power. u know nothing abt current affairs. looks like u slept off when BJP was kicked out of power in 2004. ha ha ha

Rahul what u r saying is partially true. But one thing is sure that BJP is chor and congress is maha maha maha maha maha maha maha maha maha maha maha maha maha chor. They just want to drag india behind and make sure tht poor people keep voting them for their false promises. If we compare the policies of BJP and congress than we would find tht they were not as bad as congress though i m not a supporter of any of these bloody parties. Just stating the facts.
