First things first. Just because you know how to read and type gives you no right to abuse. And since I do not accept your abuse, you can keep it with you.
Second, you seem to have improperly assumed that I heartily endorse a criminal as the President of India. Apart from the canard that you so blithely spout, since no court has indicted her criminally for you to so assume, you altogether miss the point that my appreciation is for the amazing acceptance of the political class to having a lady as the President. I particularly wish to bring to your notice the fact that I state my doubt on whether she was the best candidate, per se for the post. One might argue that since there is a prima facie case against her, it was her moral duty to repudiate the candidature. It, however, also stands to reason that since the case was dragged up, post her candidature, there could be political kniving behind the cases.
Be that as it may, my conclusion has only been that now that she has been saddled at the Rashtrapati Bhavan, we, who so self-righteously condemn the desecration of the sanctity of the post of the President by the politicians, should not commit the same crime without the slightest hesitation. Remember, those who live in glass houses should not throw stones at others!
