President disqualifies BJP MP (July 13, 2007, Hindu)
President A. P. J. Abdul Kalam has disqualified Bhartiya Janata Party's Krishan Murari Moghe as a Member of Parliament from Khargone in Madhya Pradesh for holding an office of profit. The action followed an Election Commission recommendation.
BJP brought the office of profit bill to trap others, but trapped their own MP. Every leader will trap their supporter to escape themselves. Beware of Sangh Parivar netas!!!
Bhartiya Janata Party's Krishan Murari Moghe is a scapegoat; Manoj Mishra (UP communal CD) and Rajinder Singh (Human trafficking case by Babubhai Katara case); DG Vanzara is a scapegoat; Rajkumar Pandian is a scapegoat; NH Dabhi is a scapegoat; Ajay Parmar is a scapegoat; Sant Ram is scapegoat (everybody worked for Sangh Parivar.)
Now that the chargesheet is going to be filed in the Gujarat court, we can expect Vanzara & co to be released on bail. Dont expect justice to be done in Gujarat. Rubabudin will have to file a transfer application in the SC. BJP govts always support their sponsored murderers - look at the Sabbherwal case in MP.
Param desh bhakt aur shaheed Sohrabuddin ka samman karne ke liye hamare politician aur media koi kor kasar nahi chor rahai hai. Seekhiye samman kaise kiya jata hai aur atankvadi vanjara & party ko nafrat se kaise dekha jata hai. seekho seekho kuch to seekho.

You people always try to hide those killers's misdeeds by these excuses, just ask whose family member were killed.Try to understand/feel their pain. There are so many criminals in india, let them kill all of them & by the way who will decide who is criminal & who is not?????? Tomorrow if they kill you or your father/mother/brother by branding them criminal, then will it be ok with you????? Only thing is that Vanzara who's even education was sponsered by the whole village is now crorepati by takin supari of Shabbudin type criminals,so by this way he & his team themselves are criminal so let them also be killed in another fake encounter????? Andher nagri choupat raja (Modi).

Vanzara made his money through illegal contract killing. He is no better than D gang contract killer. That makes him a terrorist as well. In any case all the Gujaratis who sponsored and took part in the riots are as much terrorists as any Islamic outfit.

You are confusing state sponsored aggression with international terrorism... do not ignore the fact that when people attack one another in the same country they expose themselves to just as much violence unlike international terrorists that do not.... because they reside elsewhere...Besides the causes for the two types of conflicts are vastly different. While one the prime reason for one is frustration over instate events, the other relies on a supposedly "just" cause which does not affect them in any way. In any case a life taken is a life taken. I do not argue that. The people involved must be brought to justice.
