You are confusing state sponsored aggression with international terrorism... do not ignore the fact that when people attack one another in the same country they expose themselves to just as much violence unlike international terrorists that do not.... because they reside elsewhere...Besides the causes for the two types of conflicts are vastly different. While one the prime reason for one is frustration over instate events, the other relies on a supposedly "just" cause which does not affect them in any way. In any case a life taken is a life taken. I do not argue that. The people involved must be brought to justice.
