You people always try to hide those killers's misdeeds by these excuses,just ask whose family member were killed.Try to understand/feel their pain. There are so many criminals in india,let them kill all of them & by the way who will decide who is criminal & who is not?????? Tomorrow if they kill you or your father/mother/brother by branding them criminal,then will it be ok with you?????
