u may be correct in some way, since victim get some relief. But what about such criminals?? They shouldn't be left, should be hanged infront of public. They have taken everything for granted, even law.. If the victim dies, who will fight against such criminals. Govt should open special court for rape cases, which should be the final decision. Now they can drag the case from session court to high court to supreme court. By then victim would have really lost all their mental strength to fight.

If she shd kill herself, she shd first go and kill that culprit, and then she can take her own life. One who is dermined to die knows NO FEAR and limits.AGAR MARNA HI HAI TO MAAR KE MARNA CHAHIYE.

In that case I would have taken out eyes, noes, ears, tongue, hands, legs of all his near and dear onces and would have left just his eyes to see the plight of his family. but my mother and sister has someone like me. that girl has 1 crore enuch brothers

Hi Mihir, Your thoughts are not good this is not the way to suggest anyone to end life. Best way would have been if the societyi.e. men and women together are ready to bring out and formulate the law to hang the the rapist and murderist. All women organizations should demand to form the law of hanging a rapist. thats it and that is the only solution to reduce the crime and rape. Narendra
Incidents like this clearly states that there is no Law & Order in our country and ruins the entire life of a common man. Money and Muscle power is the only thing that rules this country. Many criminal trials takes years and years to serve justice. No one cares about the misery/harassments/threats the victim has to undergo during the entire period. Media is the only ray of hope now.
I am sorry to write anything about this henious incident. I think hanging is no solution to halt this type of cases but should be a hard punishment for that type of rapist. I am well known about the situation of Bihar so I want to arrest all those persons who are threatning victim and her family member. but we should give a chance to rapist to improve himself. I think when he will return after a long time from zail he will be improved.

not only the rapist but his relatives who are more gundas compelling the victim and her family members to live the village as if they are the owners of the village. what is the state govt duing instead of putting all the gundas in jail and severly punishing them.

this type of henious crimes and criminals should be given death penalty. i urge the hon'ble president to help this poor girl who is running here and there for justice.
There's petition launched on the internet to extend Dr.Kalam's term as President. I am not really in favour of it. For various reasons. But if he uses his position to bring justice in this case, I am all for him.
Agree that it's not the job of a President to look into each and every thing that is going wrong in our country. But I hope he succedes in bringing about some change in the governance n bureauocracy (wht we call as 'system'), so that even if he is no more the President things will be moving in the right direction.

The two states in India where there is no law and order are Bihar and UP. There the politicians maintains dacoits to kidnap rich people and demand ransom...this gets them big money than involving scams..you know what ADOBE CEO did when his kid was kidnapped...he paid Rs 5 million to get his son back..can u believe this...If u have not seen hindi movie "APAHARAN" just see that u will really understand all...I dont think the rape victim will get justice. God bless Her. My sympathies for her....
