u may be correct in some way, since victim get some relief. But what about such criminals?? They shouldn't be left, should be hanged infront of public. They have taken everything for granted, even law.. If the victim dies, who will fight against such criminals. Govt should open special court for rape cases, which should be the final decision. Now they can drag the case from session court to high court to supreme court. By then victim would have really lost all their mental strength to fight.
