The two states in India where there is no law and order are Bihar and UP. There the politicians maintains dacoits to kidnap rich people and demand ransom...this gets them big money than involving scams..you know what ADOBE CEO did when his kid was kidnapped...he paid Rs 5 million to get his son back..can u believe this...If u have not seen hindi movie "APAHARAN" just see that u will really understand all...I dont think the rape victim will get justice.
