if they started in 2001, so upto 6 years of time what the state or IB(intelligence Bureau) were doing..I think they might have know it, but due to the KA state govt(congress at that time) and the central govt(congress leftists rjd dmk etc), these things were hidden from the public.

Dear Prasad, The Police have to justify each and every action in terms of Law (the Indian Evidence Act etc.). They may have knowledge but they cannot take action unless they have SOLID EVIDENCE which will stand in a court of law. Our justice system does not accept truth unless it can be PROVED BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT. Please learn LAW before getting angry at someone who is helpless. Get the Law changed if you need more action than information.

It is NOT correct to find fault with the police in the matter. Their hands are tied. The vote bank policy of all political parties are responsible for the unabated growth of Mohmedan terrorism. There is avery clear oral instruction form the rulers at the centre and the states to be lenient in Mohmedan terrorism. Even when some Mohmedan terrorists are detained, they treated with utmost respect and provided with princely treatment. Some weak police officals also do lot of favours to them for a price.
