It is NOT correct to find fault with the police in the matter. Their hands are tied. The vote bank policy of all political parties are responsible for the unabated growth of Mohmedan terrorism. There is avery clear oral instruction form the rulers at the centre and the states to be lenient in Mohmedan terrorism. Even when some Mohmedan terrorists are detained, they treated with utmost respect and provided with princely treatment. Some weak police officals also do lot of favours to them for a price.
