Yes very true ...... These serials are nothing but a sequence of marriage and divorce and again marriage and divorce.
First of all software proffessional are not able to understand their spouse proprly. They donot have faith in each other. So they suspect to each other. The software people are two holidays in week whereas govt employee getting only one.So software people can give more time and enjoy lot in family. But the problem is misunderstanding, nofaith, not able to share the thoughts, suspecting to the partners.

this is not correct govt. employees can return home after 5pm and their work is very very liberal and less pressure compared to IT employees.
also the sat/sun holidays are just formal for IT companies. practicaly people have to be at office on those days also
The Companies are to blame.Even in many PSUs its the same.(Though in PSUs its for entertaining bosses & bosses' wifes) They want to extract as much as possible so there's no time given for family & relaxing. Family oriented persons are considered not agressive or professional enough. In my first year in a PSU i didnot get any off day even on holidays bcoz I had to entertain VIP idiots & their wives to drinks & sightseeing. If thats the case in supposedly secure job companies then...? But unionised employees enjoy all the facilities like 5 day weeks, LTC, etc. For us 5 day week is a joke. The IT Companies care only for money...& engineers are like disposable items. Use them & throw them.I have heard from friends that they have to go to office again at 12 AM & stay till 2-3 AM & report back at 8 AM. Govt shd enforce strict guidelines if good mental health of a bright generation is to be ensured.
WHAT WE NEED TODAY IS A SEXUAL SOURCING AGENCY WHO PROVIDE PARTNERS FOR SEX IN THEIR WORKPLACE. THIS WAY WE CAN SAVE MARRIAGES. SO PLZ OPEN MORE ESCORT SERVICES

Sorry to disagree with you but its not as easy or simple as it sounds.Leaving a job is not an easy option for many.& the companies know it. Anybody can adjust upto a certain level. Human beings have got limits.A company has also got obligations towards the society & its employees. Indian Companies do not realise it as their HR policies are pathetic.Companies are looking for short term profits therefore they do not have long term plans for their employees and try to extract as much as possible. Forcing people to work like a machine is unethical.
The base line is - MEN MAKE HOUSE,WOMEN MAKE IT A HOME.
I am not blaming women completely, but surely they are the ones who should give priority to home first and career next.Else she will trun into a home-breaker rathen than a HOME-MAKER.
I am stating this because I have interacted with many gals in IT and they are simply not wife-material. Everytime they are trying compete and be equal to men at the cost of their feminity. Finally,I am planning to settle for a home-maker for a happy & peaceful living. And yes,you get nice food at home too ! :-)

A very good decision my friend. May be others in this forum should take advice from you to have a 'home' rather than being at a 'house' with money being the ruler in it!! All the best my friend.
Many a couple are resorting to divorce as Sex is literally missing in young couple's lives and normally it is the women who feel neglected. I have observed that wherever there is sexual inadequacy in marriage , the female feels neglected, unloved, insulted and expresses this in a different manner by getting bad tempered and adamant. In few cases I have observed that these women develop extra marital relations.
So mantra of a healthy married life - Make adequate love to your wife

Did you do any survey on this? I doubt it!! Because if both husband and wife are on different work time and cannot meet even once in a week or once in a fortnight, how will this happen. Think over buddy!!

if u cant get ur wife, neighbors can be made avilable, isnt that a growing industry too for haelthy sex life, stick to one partner and avoid the stick
I am really surprised that we are really bothered about values. esp family values. If we really had, would there exist any old age homes, orphanges in our country?? corruption is the only value we understand. Whats happening is just the result of the values we honor.
The rich indian culture is only a part of our leaders speeches and books on ancient India. we are now living in Modern India, lets enjoy the fruits of it
