When small investors suffer due to MTM and margin funding ,FII's are enjoying P-notes.Hedge funds mostly that created the stock market bubble and FM's india growth looted all money from small investors.
The fact of this isssue is, the FM will have tough time to answer JJ since she knows what could be his answer and she will have a ready made question sets to him, also the SAT had helped her by giving its finding where as the letter by the ministry gone wrong just supportig the FM, boss where are we living, is this going to be goondaraj or real political fundaraj????

AIADMK is the dravidian chapter of BJP. Jaya support ram mandir stands against compelled relegious conversion. opposed sethu samudram project. And uses Aryan(swastik) symbol in her party posters. But still Jaya stands as the most powerful and much accepted leader in tamilnadu for every class.

Any true Indian should not have any problem in any of the issues raked up by you. Unless you are from the 'terrorist clan.'
Yes its indeed true that P notes continues to remain a contentious issue...Ever since we brought the P notes regulation, stock markets have gone into a tailspin...Today the lows being witnessed are also because of withdrawal by a few FII's and hedge funds who dont want to register with SEBI
If FM has got any ethics, moral value for life let him put down his paper as he is not aware of what is happening in the investment market he only knows how th amaze weath thro his son
Once again Middle class family unity JINDABAD and we teach the lesson 2009. In fact UPA has much fear that Rahul mantra is not working anywhere in any state elections. All the state elections are big jolt for Congress party and they himself understand that they should be ready to pack for 2009 elections. If they are not really taking care for “Aam Adami” really forget the 2009 elections. Moreover FM casually told that every Friday cursing him for increasing the inflation and economists are also unable to perform their caliber & ability. I am not able to understand somebody’s brain is required when we are in acute crisis. Now situation is like. One sided they are [UPA] is compelling to increase the prince another side they are advising to state governments to reduce the sales tax. Every body knows that majority of revenue earned by state governments are –Provided by Central Governments. You can see also before general budget our planning commission allotting the funds to state governments and after than only final budget presented by FM. Why cann’t central government advised to all the car Dealers to collect one percent extra for fuel consumption as we are now collecting Airlines. Every time they want to leave the big fishes but small fish will be out of pond. Why cann’t advised to state governments to improve public transport system so that more & more public transport we can utilise day to day basis and reduce the petrol & die

Your points are good, but would be better if you please check what you have typed before SUBMITting it. Will make it more readable and easier to understand.
UPA government have much fear if he proceeding on the deal immediately Leftist will withdraw the support and government comes under minority. Moreover this leftist always single agenda for secular, nothing other than no big achievements. Even their leaders are himself accepting that Mr.Harkishan singh surjeet is more moderate compare to Mr.Karat. I do not know if UPA feels Nuke deal is correct let them take the bold decision and whatever is going to happen in future – for that ready to face the election.

Our Honourable FM needs to listen to criticism and feedback even if it is coming from arch-rivals or maverick politicians or even the Left.
Further the Finance Ministry needs to stop threatening the tax payers - how many half-page ads were carried out intimidating the assessees? Besides, the Finance Minister himself keeps bullying the taxpayer by saying 'if you try to cheat, we will find out'. Is it not a fact that only the salaried class is paying the taxes correctly? Others are evading or avoiding(by exploiting the rules).
And what does a honest taxpayer get in return? Nothing but ridicule. At least if there is some priority in queues (railway booking, banks, airports, IT refunds,Government offices..), it will be befitting. Perhaps the only place where it matters is a taxpayer gets 'A' class when imprisoned!!

Everybody getting a regular income particularly in Govt service should be taxed proportionately. There should not be any lower tax limits.

Mr.Chidambaram made comments on TV Channels about the "Ignorance" of Jayalalitha on Finance matters. Jaya is quite knowledgeable and she can teacha thing or two to Chiddu! people who have seen Jaya handling the TN Assembly single-handedly will not make such light comments. Chiddu is obviously irritated because she has caght him doing the wrong thing!

Dear friends;
Why cann’t advised to state governments to improve public transport system so that more & more public transport we can utilise day to day basis and reduce the petrol & diesel items. Every ministers
It is an indirect way to control markets through FIIs... also Jayalalitha has rightly pointed out that this route can be subterfuged by Indian nationals to evade law... even osama bin laden could hold PNs through a network of sub agents!!!
The FM has made a mistake by not enacting a provision to bar sale of PNs to Indian residents... asking them in the reporting format the question seems to point a lacuna between planning and administration...
Wonder what the FM is trying to prove here?
The process of disclosure of the PN issues would be very complex and FIIs might be unwilling to do the same to protect vested interests (of its investors)...
Unless proper disclosure procedures and a proper control mechanism is not set in motion, PNs should be temporarily barred...
This is a classic example of how financial routes can be misutilised, while it may appear in control superficially...
Finance min claim is foolish ,It strengthens belief that Upa govt is sympathetic to terrorists allowing them to participate in real estate, share markets etc The min shd wake up and clamp rigid restrictions on these deals
