Why cann’t central government advised to all the car Dealers to collect one percent extra for fuel consumption as we are now collecting Airlines. Every time they want to leave the big fishes but small fish will be out of pond. Why cann’t advised to state governments to improve public transport system so that more & more public transport we can utilise day to day basis and reduce the petrol & die
