FRAUD OF ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD

This has reference to above card no, In this regard I wish to bring in to your notice following points-

1.      That above card was closed after making all due payments in the month of sep-2004 after which no transition was done as card was returned to you.
2.      My reason for closing the card was fraudulent billing in terms of late presentations of the payments made to you, and due to this you are being charging late payment charges/Interest.
3.      That approximately after 3.5years one fine day you blocked Rs.5732.80, from my savings account of ICICI Bank ( ac 628101048933)and later on deducted the same from my SB account held with ICICI, which is a fraud on part of customers.
4.      That when card was closed after making all the payments how you have arrived at the amount of Rs5732.80,its your internal mistake that you did not corrected the status and due to this late payment and interest charges were made.
5.      That I was one of the customer who use to pay all his dues in time and due to this you had Issued me another card and that too Gold Card in Lieu of this card (4477474002925009)
6.      On this card also you had done unauthorized transactions details of which are as under-

Dated23.07.2007 in favor of reliance for Rs 5550/-for which I never ever authorized you.
Dated01.10.2007 in favor of reliance for Rs 207/-for which I never ever authorized you.
For above transactions I informed you through mail but all in vein.
Also, I had cancelled my above card along with all add on car

Collection Department needs to be Educated

Collections Department people are the most uncivilized people one would have got a chance to interact with. They shoot you with questions, do not bother, if you are busy, do not bother to look at your payment records and even go to an extent of using foul language. I certainly feel that one should be careful about their timely payments, but if the Bank is charging late fee and all sort of taxes, they should spend some amount of time in teaching ettiquettes to their executives. I would like to know about the action that can be taken against such incidents.

Dear Sir:



Please refer to your proposal No IBBC/COR/2476/51 dated 18.3.2007 offering to settle dues at Rs 58,000/- as against the amount earlier claimed at Rs 78.973.56 as on 28.1.2008. In fact nothing is due from me, rather some amounts are due from you. But even for this so termed generous proposal the language and wording of the letter is not only insulting to any customer but also reflects the lack of even an iota of common sense, because without looking to the large scale criminalities indulged into by ICICI Lombard itself, you are time and again expressing your large generosity of spirit in allowing the so termed huge rebate of Rs 20,000/- and putting up misplaced conditions. Because being a % share holders in the amounts recovered, your first and last intentions - whatever your Principal%u2019s faults - is only to extract heavy amounts by terrifying & threatening customers, and so you can earn more commissions.



Besides, this letter IBBC/COR/2476/51 dated 18.3.2007 which was kept being forcefully withheld by your Mr. Rana and given a copy only after prolonged heated discussions at various levels right up to Chandiga

Complaint Against Credit card

Dear ,
My name is Manish Rai, working in mumbai.
actually i have applied for a credit card of barclayas bank.after few days they sent me credit card with different name (Manish Singh). i have rejected to accept the card. after few day they have another card sent me in my company address but same with different name (Manish Singh). i had again reject. in between this the ICICI Lombard person call me & gave me the offer means they told me that i can give you a ICICI Lombard helth policy free with your credit card. i told him no. i dint want. but they have sent me the policyin my resd. address with same name Manish Singh. i have reject to accept it. now the Barclayas Bank sent me a Credit card statement with the due amount of 3209.00 which is of ICICI Lomabrd policy. i wont pay the money bcoz nither i accept the Credit nor i acccept the Insurence Policy. i never used the card. how can they charged me bill for policy when i didnt apply for that . please help me. what should i do. plz replay as soon as possible. waiting for your response a citizen

SBI, ICICI banks all are sailing in the same boat

First of all, as the number of customers has increase the Banks now started taking things for granted. The service is getting worst day by day. In India nobody listens, the law process is not so fast so they know what they have do.
Few things every credit card (CC) holder have experienced and u all will agree with me

1. When any sales exective calls for offering their Bank's c.card they are so sweet, so humble, so polite & so so.... requesting.

Second phase, when you are busy somewhere in meeting or doing some important work and sales exective calls and request you to go for some... blahbalh bank's Lifetime free Card. and the moment you tell them you are not interested the lady hangs up the call without any reply...no words. How insulting... My trick & suggestion for this kind of calls once you know that the offer is not of ur profit, Hang up without any reply.. any words.Tit for Tat.

When you call up the Bank's customer service centre for complaining anything they will listen the same way as we listen to our parents.. listen and ignore.. it is everyday's story. forget it.
Now, the 3rd and the final phase, Recovery. Listen to their language.. their attitude when they call up for recovery. The recovery agent behave as he had landed money to the customers. & he does not know that the person having ccard might be earning much more than what he does.
Pay Cash..... thts's the remedy for this Credit Cards problems... unless you are staying in USA. hahhahaha :)

changing payment due date - citi bank credit card

I had taken a personal loan of Rs.95,000/-. In the first instalment my due date is 9th. From the next month onwards it is changing (below 9th). Last month it is 2nd. Due to the changing date and their non-proper cheque clearance system i am getting a late fee for Rs.300/- each month. Last two time i telephoned and got waived. But this month they refused to waive. What can I do? whether I can go to any consumer form. Friends please reply.

I RECEIVED THE PHONE CALL FROM YOUR SBI CARD OFFICE NEW DELHI BEFORE 10 DAYS REGARDING THE REVERSAL OF THE WRONG DEBITS AND IT IS UNDER PROCESSED BUT NO FINAL RESPONSE OR DECEISION HAS BEEN RECEIVED TILL DATE.
RECEIVED YOUR REPLY OF 12.01.2008, THROUGH EMAIL, BUT THE PROBLEM DOES NOT RESOLVED AS IT IS GOING ON SINCE SEVEN MONTHS. credit card after sales service the most painfull thing in life.

i have a credit card from HDFC BANK which i'm holding for more than 3 yrs.but the service related to bills is really horrible.Even when im frustated of calling up the customer care or sending mails which does'nt work at all as they promise,the collection gys are rediculios they dont know any manners and don't even go by the past records they are steriotype robots and i urge every consumers to come forward against this unjustified service procidure from a well known financial institute so that they should take the matter very seriously.

Forcefully Debit from current account for credit card !!!!!!!

Respected Sir, My name is Abhishek Anand.2 years before i used a ABN AMRO credit card (No 5415382320838253) for which i had to pay around 13,000. For around 16 month i have not received any statement or any reminder from ABN AMRO bank. No executive came to my place. Executive came before always were rude and they use abusive language.
Yesterday they forcefully debited Rs 14.987 from my Abn Amro saving account(no.1193994) without any information.
I want to pay this money in installment. But at present my whole salary has been debited by ABN AMRO bank. Now i have nothing to pay for my daily expenses. Please help me to convert this amount to pay in intallment. I will always be greatful to you.Please help as soon as possible, I am out of money.
