First of all, as the number of customers has increase the Banks now started taking things for granted. The service is getting worst day by day. In India nobody listens, the law process is not so fast so they know what they have do. Few things every credit card (CC) holder have experienced and u all will agree with me
1. When any sales exective calls for offering their Bank's c.card they are so sweet, so humble, so polite & so so.... requesting.
Second phase, when you are busy somewhere in meeting or doing some important work and sales exective calls and request you to go for some... blahbalh bank's Lifetime free Card. and the moment you tell them you are not interested the lady hangs up the call without any reply...no words. How insulting... My trick & suggestion for this kind of calls once you know that the offer is not of ur profit, Hang up without any reply.. any words.Tit for Tat.
When you call up the Bank's customer service centre for complaining anything they will listen the same way as we listen to our parents.. listen and ignore.. it is everyday's story. forget it. Now, the 3rd and the final phase, Recovery. Listen to their language.. their attitude when they call up for recovery. The recovery agent behave as he had landed money to the customers. & he does not know that the person having ccard might be earning much more than what he does. Pay Cash..... thts's the remedy for this Credit Cards problems... unless you are staying in USA. hahhahaha :)
