Collections Department people are the most uncivilized people one would have got a chance to interact with. They shoot you with questions, do not bother, if you are busy, do not bother to look at your payment records and even go to an extent of using foul language. I certainly feel that one should be careful about their timely payments, but if the Bank is charging late fee and all sort of taxes, they should spend some amount of time in teaching ettiquettes to their executives. I would like to know about the action that can be taken against such incidents.
