happy with my credit card company(ies)

1) Except for Deutsche Bank, all other credit companies have been sending their statements regualarly. Thou' there were initial problems with SBI, when I subscribed to e-statements, I complained about it and got the statements both soft and hard copy.
2) Call Centre Nos are really useful. Certain problems may not be solved over phone, but still critical problems are upgraded to their supervisors who solve it, if not immediately, atleast within a couple of days.
3) Since , I have never rolled my credit, I havent experienced any threatening calls.
4) Services are always good.
5) Most of the card companies have called me up regarding CC linked products. But its up to us whether or not to take it. For eg. I took the Diamond Credit Shield with SCB (Stan Chart Bank), but it was xplained by 3 of its people and was given to me after I gave a concurrence that I understood the concept.
6) NO PROBLEMS
7) I am happy with my credit card companies. I should mention about ABN Amro Bank, which gives a consolidated expenses statement at the end of each year.
THE ESSENCE OF THESE HAPPINESS IS "YOU KEEP THE CREDIT CARD STATUS GOOD, DONOT ROLL UR CREDIT CARD DUES AND KEEP A GOOD RANKING - THIS WILL HELP US TO DEMAND EVEN UNNECESSARY CHARGES ROLLED BACK" CREDIT CARDS ARE ONE OF THE BEST WAY FOR SPENDING...PROVIDED U HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO REPAY...THE ONLY HITCH IS THE INCOME TAX DEPT THAT LOOKS INTO SPENDS MORE THAN 2 LACS.

ICICI is the worst

I had ICICI bank credit card and for one of my transactions, they charged twice, in spite of the biller got the money only once. I interacted with the bank for more than a year, and they didn't do any thing to resolve this issue. Every time we call up their call center, we have to wait for at least 10-15 min and need to explain the same issue from starting. Disgusted with their service and their ability to resolve the issue (?) and considering my time as more precious than the money, I cancelled the card and determined not to go for the ICICI bank again in my life time.

Not Only Credit Card All the Services given by ICICI need atleast of 3 months to Solve. Even me too have faced lot of Problems in ICICI

SBI is worst

one of my friend had SBI card. He was offered a Pay order of 8k on phone and it never came to him. But he was charged for the same with interests and penalties. Its a year now and still no one from SBI has come forward to resolve the issue. Another friend had worst exp with ICICI. a step ahead. They promised a settlement, took the money and refused to accept the settlement and force to pay the waived amount also.

Not happy with my Credit card company

I have a ICICI credit card since last 3 years (lifetime free-no annual fee). I have not used this card from beginning (need did not arise). Suddenly last month I recd. a statement from ICICI stating a amount due for Rs. 2600/- odd. This payment was made to idea cellular by ICICI directly without my authrization (i.e. activation of utility bill payment). Moreover this bill was already settled by me to Idea cellular 5 days prior to payment made by ICICI. Have lodged complaint with ICICI through tele banking 15 days back. Issue is still pending for resolution.

Guys watch out & scan your statements properly before making payments to your credit card company.

Idea cellular has the option of payment by direct debit on credit card. U might have opted for that option when taking up ur mobile connection.
I had faced the same issue. I did not know that i had opted for direct debit on credit card option till i got the amount reflected in my credit card statement. After facing some trouble, I disconnected my idea mobile connection.
Having said that, u cannot blame on the credit card, but u have to change ur payment option for ur mobile connection

Yes, its true.
1. The Credit Card statement of ICICI never reached in time, except their statement over email.
2. Never did the credit card company helped me. Now ICICI has charged me with heavy charges for not making payment. Fact isthat ICICI Credit Card cheated me through Net Purchase.
3. Twice received call and theywere forcing me to pay the money which I resisted.
4. Till date good & fast service rendered only by SBI Credit Card.
5. Main problem is ICICI Credit Card cheated me when I purchased through Rediff and now they are not accepting and r forcing me to pay heavy penalty charges. I am awaiting consultation from my Lawyers to file suit.
6. Not happy with ICICI Credit Card since last January 2007 I tried to solve the issue, but only received statements with charges, neither from the top nor customer service came to rescue till date.
Awaiting hope legally.

go ahead against ICICI credit card and drag. them to court. They are cheats
