I had ICICI bank credit card and for one of my transactions, they charged twice, in spite of the biller got the money only once. I interacted with the bank for more than a year, and they didn't do any thing to resolve this issue. Every time we call up their call center, we have to wait for at least 10-15 min and need to explain the same issue from starting. Disgusted with their service and their ability to resolve the issue (?) and considering my time as more precious than the money, I cancelled the card and determined not to go for the ICICI bank again in my life time.
