1) Except for Deutsche Bank, all other credit companies have been sending their statements regualarly. Thou' there were initial problems with SBI, when I subscribed to e-statements, I complained about it and got the statements both soft and hard copy. 2) Call Centre Nos are really useful. Certain problems may not be solved over phone, but still critical problems are upgraded to their supervisors who solve it, if not immediately, atleast within a couple of days. 3) Since , I have never rolled my credit, I havent experienced any threatening calls. 4) Services are always good. 5) Most of the card companies have called me up regarding CC linked products. But its up to us whether or not to take it. For eg. I took the Diamond Credit Shield with SCB (Stan Chart Bank), but it was xplained by 3 of its people and was given to me after I gave a concurrence that I understood the concept. 6) NO PROBLEMS 7) I am happy with my credit card companies. I should mention about ABN Amro Bank, which gives a consolidated expenses statement at the end of each year.
