some help about relation

Dear Doctor,

Hi I am Nilesh from Pune I need your help about my relationship, I love girl and we are having relationship of around six years but now it all messed up.
she loves a person from her office , we had fight on that unfortually I had made wrong comments about her and her parents. after that we have compramised and
she promised that she will not meet anymore to that person but after some days I caught them twice together, then I asked her why
you met him she told me that she love him and they had physical relation from that day she is ignoring me. I love her a lot I can't live without her..
sometime she says that she wants to be with me but sometimes her behavoir on his side. sometime she lie with me also .we had an enagement also I want to marry with her and seatle my life.
could please tell me what should I do ?

Stress can be caused by imbalance of three happy messengers- dopamine(hormone for pleasure),serotonin(hormone for sleep)and adrenalin(hormone for energy).Stress can cause imbalance to these three.
Without dopamine the person become very sad and to him life appears all gloomy.All time he wants to weep without any reason.
Without enough adrenalin he feels no energy left in him to do any work and prefers sitting and always tired.

To increase dopamine inbody the person should do jogging for 30 min .It will give him "joggers high"
To maintain high level of serotonin and all other hormones a handful of groundnut can be taken daily. Also almonds and sevensea (omega 3 fatty acids) will help a lot.

Why to waste ones vauable time finding out various definitions for stress. To overcome stress or to prevent stress to overcome ones self, the best way is to practise "Pranayam". Only "Anulom Vilom" , "Bhramari" and " Udgeeth"; it is enough if you practise it with dedication 15 minutes each pranayam daily early in the morning with empty stomach but after completinng your routines upto morning bath; of course you can have little warm (slightly) water during the practice, only if feel thursty. By doing this you can prevent stress, even depression(critical stage with suicidal tendency). But remember, you have to practise it regularly. Instead of eating away thousands worth medicines (I will call it poison) for whole life why can't you spend only a few hours daily for this best medicine from the God Almighty... Oxygen is freely available without any cost in the surroundings itself. No investments required for this pranayam practice.

How to Destress !

Most of us are tired battling with life. We often wonder if life is conspiring against our joy and peace. The more we try to elude pain, the more challenging it becomes. Is it simply bad luck or the fruit of my past deeds or an irrevocable destiny that is forcing its way into my life?

Life is like a cricket match. It is like a bowler throwing various kinds of balls at you %u2013 ball of pain, ball of pleasure, ball of hatred, ball of jealousy, ball of crisis. You are the batsman. Your life depends on how you play these balls.

In a cricket match if the bowler knows you are afraid of leg-breaks, he%u2019ll constantly bowl leg- breaks at you. So is life. If you do not accept the balls it bowls, it will bowl only such balls since that is your weakness. Being a batsman you are expected to face every kind of ball. You cannot afford to say I would not face a particular kind of a ball or a bowler. If you say that then the opposing team captain would only make that bowler bowl. Life knows what you are afraid of and only such kinds of balls would come. Therefore, if you learn to play all the balls, your problems would get solved.

Learning to play all the balls is nothing but Recognizing, Accepting and Experiencing events and incidents as they occur without trying to run away from them. You should not think life would be nice and kind. It would bowl all kinds of balls. A good batsman would not run away from the field saying it is a tough ball.

If you are fighting jealousy then life would keep giving you situations where you would feel more jealous. But if you learn to play the balls of jealousy by experience it then the opposing captain would declare that you have won. He would concede because you are now hitting every ball for a six.

And what is it to hit every ball for a six - To experience everything in life. The art of experiencing is the art of batting. If you could experience every thing, what ever be the situation you have won. If you can do that here, you are fully awakened. An awakened man is one who can hit every ball for a six.

Proper Knowledge to Manage Stress !!

U should have a proper knowledge to handle a device called life. When we purchase mobile, we try to go thru the operational manual of that mobile device, to know how to operate, B'cos we purchased that with our earned money.
Similarly, we get a precious device, called life, we get it from God (or 'Allah' in what name u want) after promising God that we will abide by God's guidence that is laid Down through your messangers who came on earth time to time to teach us as 'how to leave life in joy in all circumstances those are generally coming in a human life'.
But after we get birth, we forget our promise which we made earlier with God and find ourselves in short of time to read or understands those concepts which are written in HOLY BOOKs. We find much time to earn money, then watch TV, talking/discussing or criticizing about others, moving out of home for outing.....but we find it meaningless to spend time and understand about those concepts to operate life. And the result is...... Stress then Anger and then Blaming others and fighting/crying for silly matters.
Remember, events are going to come and pass away to our life as summer,winter season are coming. But if u stick to that incident( i mean if yr mind is stuck to that incident), u will face problem like stress. Learn to operate your mind. NO BODY IS GIVING U PROBLEM, IT IS YOUR MIND WHICH IS GIVING U PROBLEM. SO, Learn to OPERATE YOUR MIND, LEARN TO DROP YOUR MIND FOR SOME TIME IN A DAY ( by prayer or yoga or by 'Sallat') and LEARN TO CHANGE FOCUS OF YOUR MIND FROM ONE INCIDENT TO ANOTHER. U will be albe to handle stress in a better way. Learn 'how to have a grip on your mind', u will be a happy person - no doubt. Never let the incident to engulve your mind, rather learn to win over situation/event that is coming to your life.... U WILL BE A WINNER - for sure !!

"While we're living in the past and looking forward to the future the NOW is passing by". Learn to utilize NOW, learn to utilize TODAY...u will be happy, stress free... Have faith on GOD/Allah/Jessus.
For me...I shut the door of yesterday and threw the key away, Tomorrow has no fears for me since I have found today...God bless u all..Get courage to handle situation, and get a win-win situation....

Drink lots of water.. Write what all you do and identify the thing which causes stress and Further pray to god have a evewning and morning walk physical exercises and dont be a couch potato

Fools like u worship Sachin as demiGod.14000 in the past.what about now?not even 140?I don mind people like you make him to play till 50 years of Sachin.But now he has lost his past touch.People are asking now why Sachin is playing and when he is going to retire?Whatever he has earned in last 17 years now he is loosing it in last 17 months.

Only detachement can provide us the freedom from the daily stresses. By the way I mean we need whole new attitude towards life. We are genetically habituated to cling on to the good and bad experiences of life. Mind brings Bondage and Freedom, it is all how we interpret the issues makes life or breaks the life. We become stressed when we are losing things and our happiness depends on the things we lost and gained. - OUR HAPPINESS IS NOT EXTERNAL AND IT IS OUR HOME WITHIN ourselves WAITING TO OPEN UP BUT WE ARE ALL IN THE WRONG DIRECTION LOSING IT FOREVER.

try to put 100% effort, u will be rewarded by God. Please Don't stick to short term benefits like promotion...u may get a job change in a far better Engg college...Try and search for jobs in other Engg colleges...Miracles can happens any time...Have faith..

Do practise Yoga and breathing by watching Sri.Ramdevji on Aastha Channel and it works... follow it regularly and you will see the difference...
