Have a great week end !!
“Everyone is ready to help you, but when you need help, everyone is ready to advise you.”
The Real Meaning of Peace "There once was a king who offered a prize to the artist who would paint the best picture of peace. Many artists tried. The king looked at all the pictures. But there were only two he really liked, and he had to choose between them. One picture was of a calm lake. The lake was a perfect mirror for peaceful towering mountains all around it. Overhead was a blue sky with fluffy white clouds. All who saw this picture thought that it was a perfect picture of peace. The other picture had mountains, too. But these were rugged and bare. Above was an angry sky, from which rain fell and in which lightning played. Down the side of the mountain tumbled a foaming waterfall. This did not look peaceful at all. But when the king looked closely, he saw behind the waterfall a tiny bush growing in a crack in the rock. In the bush a mother bird had built her nest. There, in the midst of the rush of angry water, sat the mother bird on her nest - in perfect peace. Which picture do you think won the prize? The king chose the second picture. Do you know why? "Because," explained the king, "peace does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. Peace means to be in the midst of all those things and still be calm in your heart. That is the real meaning of peace."

I could care less what people think of me but its when you are being held back in work and in all experiences in life because of the way people see you, People hold you back from experiencing life in the best ways and they should never try to hold anyone back. even insecure people, or unattractive people, or anyone for that matter there should be equal opportunities for all people. but thats me for you, because i couldnt care less if we had a black president or a mexican president or a alien president as long as Good prevails, i believe we are all as one and it should matter what you look like but it sadly does... and that is what causes me my stress at work and in life. the only one who is there for me and will always be with me now is God, thats all i have and that's all i need.

yeah, at work i have had a problem with too much stress because at home, i do alot of cleaning and then i go to work and i dont really go out ever.. sometimes we go out to the movies, my husband and i but not often but i have problems with my managers, some of my co workers at times everybody in my life stresses me out all at once, some people dont but most people do... there are only a few people in my life that never do that to me. but im also very insecure and people at my work take advantage of that and they'll try to say im not working like i should but thats actually not the case, the real truth is that i work average and at times above average but i dont get the appreciation as would someone that was more attractive or confident in there self. so that brings me alot of stress in life and at work..., its not something that easily changed, everyone says that oh, just believe in yourself but for some of us that is really hard to do when you feel like everyone around you is constantly rejecting you for what you look like or for what they think you are based on your appearance.
can we have an article on boss management and countering organisational politics? A good knowledge on that will help managing stress better in the organisational environment.
Its always keeps haunting in the mind moment you react to some one. though you may be right in most aspects but even after reactions you will always feel you should have not done same. It is always better to not to react or wait and respond rather than reacting. It gives you better evening after the work when you do not react.
Enjoyed reading the article. In my professional life I face this emotinal volatility and is because of a)excessive workload. b)Under performance by colleagues c)Bad behaviour by collegues/manager d)Authoritarian style of the manager
Since we cannot confront, all these emotions pile up on a everyday basis which lead to stress
Having a support system in the form of a good friend at work and a spouse at home is the best way to destress.

Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation based on an experience called Self Realization (Kundalini awakening) that can occur within each human being. Through this process an inner transformation takes place by which one becomes moral, united, integrated and balanced.
One can actually feel the all pervading divine power as a cool breeze, as described in all religions and spiritual traditions of the world.
This is the actualization of such transformation, which is taking place now, worldwide, and has been proved and experienced by hundreds of thousands in over 90 countries.
It is entirely free of charge, as one cannot pay for the experience of Divine Love.
