I am medical doctor doing research in Obesity since last 7 years. Obesity is not caused by overeating ( whats the benchmark for right eating?) but lack of Oxaloacetic acid at cellular level which causes inefficient Krebs cycle. So dont get hyper and start eating less. Dr.Vinay www.foodyoga.org complete health posrtal without dieting and exercises.

Dr.Vinay Jadhav can you be more eloborate on the poing of doing Food Yoga, appreciate if you can provide more insights on this point. Thanks Sastry
The diet suggested by Brinda will not help you lose any weight. It is full of carbs. You need to combine those healthy carbs (as in fruit and vegs) with proteins, vegetable proteins would include low fat paneer, soya and milk. All that bread will turn to fat even if its brown and whole-grain so watch out.
i think the way suggested by the trainer is not easy to follow in our system, and following such routines do help to lose weight but when you come to your normal diet to tend to put more weight than before.Just trying to avoid the diet which has more carbs n a lot of walking can really help and the results are everlasting.
It seems that the author has straight away lifted the material of this article from a foreign journal and sent it to print and even rediff has not bothred to check on this aspect, atleat it is expected of the writers of such columns to show some common sense while copying articles.

Pactice breathing exercise (pranayamas), inhale and exhale and kapalbhati, daily 30mins , will be enough to loose/gain your weight. You will get enormous energy to work weithout any tension and will be happy most of the time while at work. On holidyas do it for 1-2 hrs.
