i am 32 yrs .my weight is 60.5kgs and height is 160cms.my mother and father both are diaebetic. I Hve been trying to lose weight to 55kgs .i go to gym and sometimes walking also.but there is no improvement.what should be the diet i should follow? I AM VEGETARIAN. i go to office at 10am come back at 4.pm inbetween this duration i dont eat anything.please guide me.i burn sometimes 500 calories a day on cross trainer or jogger
