hi i m sanjana,i m 25year old i have a baby,and my weight is 75 kg my height is 5'2inchs pls let me know how i can reduce my weight.my diet is normal,n i do suryanamaskar for 10 times in a day

Daily routine: morning 7.30 to 8.00 work out in gym. 9 and 10 am and have breakfast . 2 pm and I have lunch . Then I sleep 2 hours. Evening one glass coffe. Night 9.00 to10.00 I eat dinner with white rice & gravy. Week one I use 300ml alcohol. I am non-vegetarian

I am 21 years old, height 5'4'', weight 67 kgs....im sooo much afraid of crossing 70kgs...coz i can never control on food....n i feell very much bad bout it......whn i see food i go crazy........please help me......i have to reduce 6 to 10 kgs before 19 june 08, as its my feyonce's birthday and i promised him that im goin to reduce weight and this is goin to be my birthday gift 4 him......plssss help meeee........plssssss

Honey & lemon in water

I have heard that having henoey & lemon in water first thing in the morning helps is slimming.

I want to know if this is true & if it is in what quantity should this be taken.

Are there any side/illeffects of the same?

i am 32 yrs .my weight is 60.5kgs and height is 160cms.my mother and father both are diaebetic.
I Hve been trying to lose weight to 55kgs .i go to gym and sometimes walking also.but there is no improvement.what should be the diet i should follow? I AM VEGETARIAN. i go to office at 10am come back at 4.pm inbetween this duration i dont eat anything.please guide me.i burn sometimes 500 calories a day on cross trainer or jogger
