I have bought a flat and also started paying my EMI, But the possession will take another 5-7 months as the common area work is not yet completed. So I need continue to pay both EMI as well as rent for the house.
So, can I claim both exemption on Housing loan as well as HRA till i take possession?
Situation II says "Your home must be at a considerable distance ". Is Considerable distance defined in terms of minimum distance(how many Km) between the two houses?

In this case I have some doubts. 1)Can I get loan for this flat where my father is going to partner. 2)Can I get tax benefit for the same. 3)Presently I'm in rent room at Nashik can I get tax benefit for rent paid. 4)In future if I want to buy room in Nashik for my service base station, can I get tax benefit from home loan.
