Dear Sir, I want to purchase a flat in Mumbai which will cost say @1000000(10Lacs)My father is going to invest 50% (500000/-)in that & remaining I want to take loan. My family is staying in Mumbai & I'm working in Nashik. In this case I have some doubts. 1)Can I get loan for this flat where my father is going to partner. 2)Can I get tax benefit for the same. 3)Presently I'm in rent room at Nashik can I get tax benefit for rent paid. 4)In future if I want to buy room in Nashik for my service base station, can I get tax benefit from home loan.
