respected DrYNI Anand i highly appreciate your comments, and feeling my name doesnot make any differnce, though my name did figured associated with aaiscstin the same discussion board, your view of "Chamar Chaat Bhandar for obvious reasons" if you can explain those obvious reason that why any upper caste person can write his catse produally and not by others. even though they may be at par as far as merit is concerned. and what is merit?
merit is nothing but, an exposure / opportunity makes the one meritorious . if you are born in lower caste than you donot get exposure / opportunity . make education atpar & free in India. than only all persons those things that merit is their birth right will come to the facts that it is only poor/ lower castes people only running this our India. most of highlly meritorius indian are doing slavery to western world with regards thanks for calling and giving name of your choice.
