Well said,Manoj.
Not to forget that a car is presented for MOM in a one-off T20.Why such unnecessary hype?
Why not for the man of the series in 7ODIs?

even though presentation of a car for a one off T20 looks absurd, this kinda celebration will surely deflate the aussies because they cannot digest any opposition taking prizes and cups in place of them..we definitely ned characters like sreesanth and ceremonies like car presentations to annoy the Oz..kep it up BCCI atleast in this regard..

Chess is a mind game and not a spectator sport where people cheer you loudly when you fell the queen of the opponent. Hence it would crazy to expect people to go crazy about a chess player.

However 20-20 cricket and football are a different ball games. Crowds love the game . Chicks dig the heros ( maybe the other way round _ . Heroes are born every minute and the last guy forgotten.

Its like Sparta. Only the fittest survive and you live if you lived the last game. Aussies have to adjust to that.
