THANKS TO KARNATAKA PEOPLES FOR SUPPORTING BJP.
by shankar aurade on May 26, 2008 11:06 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

Though i am from Maharashtra i had discussed lot on this forum to vote BJP. now i think it is worthful sharing views with peoples of diffrent state specially karnatak peoples the verdic is already cleared that BJP will get more seats than others.
Now my humble request to all who are against to BJP pls give your suggetions so that this party govrns for betterment of Karnataka.
Naturally development is the key & first point to all of us. India is mainly divided into Urban & Rural,so my personal view is to minimise this Gap. BJP will give priority to fill gap between Urban & Rural.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY BJP LEADERS ARE SAYING CONGRESS HAS LOST. IT WAS BJP AND JD WHO WERE RULING THE STATE BEFORE THIS ELECTION.

Achievement for the Congress:-
1) Congress party recieved the heighest number of votes in the satte.
2) seat that congress won inscreased to 80.

Better Congress should wait for few years and better prepare for next election. It's not that few more people feel BJP is good that's why they have given vote to BJP, it's the sympathy vote for BJP due to Gowda-Kumaraswamy Pvt. Ltd. character.

For BJP:
1) Still they didn't got the full majority. onless they will buy few MLAs at heafty price, they can't form the Govt.
Out of 6 independent MLA's:
-> 4 are rebel Congress MLA who dodn't recieved Congress ticket.
-> 1 is JD (S) MLA who dodn't recieved JD (S) ticket.
-> 1 is BJP MLA who dodn't recieved BJP ticket.

Mr. Sami, all the 15 seats are the migrants from JDS who came along with Mr. Siddaramaiah. They all have won. Try to recall your memory...

JUST PONDER ON THIS POINT CONGRESS GAIN IS ONLY 2 % WHILE BJP GAIN IS 11 % FROM LAST ELECTION.
CONGRESS PLUS JDS FIGURE COMING TO 108. TILL SHORT OF 2 SEAT OF BJP.
SO BJP IS THE SINGLE LARGEST PARTY IN KARNATAK.& ACCEPT DEFEAT HUMBALY IS SIGN OF TRUE LEADER INSTEAD OF GIVEING LAME EXCUSES.

The Congress may have finished a second, but it remains ahead of the BJP in terms of vote share. An analysis of the results on the Election Commission website shows the Congress won 34.6% of the votes against the BJPs 33.9%.
While that represents a swing of about 0.7 percentage points away from the Congress since 2004, it means the BJP has picked up an additional 5.6%.
The JD(S), badly mauled, has not faced a huge negative swing in terms of vote share. Its vote share has dropped by less than two percentage points: from 20.8% in 2004 to 19.1% now.

& FOR YOUR BASIC INFORMATION THAT ONLY SEATS ARE CONSIDERED TO FORM GOVT. NOT % SHARE OF VOTES. IF THIS IS THE CRITERIA THEN GOVERNOR MAY CALL TO CONGRESS TO FORM GOVT. AS PER YOUR CRITERIA.

Congress would not have lost this opertunity of comming back to power, they lost because of

The BSP has raised its vote share to 2.7% from 1.7% in 2004. Though this was not enough to win any seats, it did come second in a couple of them. The theory that the BSP may have dented Congress prospects is not borne out by a study of the results.

Congress seeks advises from so called experts seating in air-conditioned rooms & wasting times to depend on times of indias foolish statistics only. Times of India has done good job for congress. Rely on statistics for coming elections also. so this party can see better future.

It is really good to see BJP forming the government this time , however the onus is on all elected members to fulfill the wishes or whatever they had promised in the manifesto.

Small reminder to JDS and Congress , now atleast stop the dirty game of numbers, when people have not given you the mandate why can't you sit in oppposition and try to gain the lost space. Majority of Big Congress leaders lost their election , on what face they go to form the govt on numbers! .
