Pakistan is the creator, nurturer and preserver of terrorism in India and we are talking to them about the same subject. They keep on talking and increasing the levels of terrorist activities. To what use is this helpful?
WHY CANNOT THE MUSLIMS IDENTIFY AND THROW OUT THESE TERRORIST ELEMENTS ON THE STREETS FOR EVERYONE ELSE TO IDENTIFY? Is there a compelling reason why this cannot be done? If yes, what is it? If decades of talks have not done any good, how are more talks expected to produce any good now?

They will never do that. Then it becomes "harram" as defined in Kuran. Muslims should help "innocent muslims". Just look at this scenario: A bomb attack takes place in India killing scores (thats usual). This is done by home grown terrorists, brainwashed by a mullah or maulvi in a madarassa or a mosque which is the perfect storage of their arms and ammunitions. They will even go for training in Porkistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh or POK. But their parents will not know anything as they are too "innocent muslims". This is applicable for Sibal or Kafeel or any other mohammadian. Then how can you expect any "information" or "extradition" from muslims in their counterpart. The childrens are fulfilling their parents ambition - to kill HINDUS / KAFIRS. Parents are proud of their siblings. This is a simple logic happening for the past 6 decades since partition.
