Just look at this scenario: A bomb attack takes place in India killing scores (thats usual). This is done by home grown terrorists, brainwashed by a mullah or maulvi in a madarassa or a mosque which is the perfect storage of their arms and ammunitions. They will even go for training in Porkistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh or POK. But their parents will not know anything as they are too "innocent muslims". This is applicable for Sibal or Kafeel or any other mohammadian. Then how can you expect any "information" or "extradition" from muslims in their counterpart. The childrens are fulfilling their parents ambition - to kill HINDUS / KAFIRS. Parents are proud of their siblings. This is a simple logic happening for the past 6 decades since partition.
