Dear friends,
I am seeing more often that you guys jump to Muslim or Islam Bashing.
I do not deny that Islamic terrorism is on prowl..but let us save India from this communal attitude. The greatness of India is that.."The shaks ,the greeks, the kushans all attacked and mingled wth indian blood..Even the savage Turk,Afganis..too settled here and came up with Taj Mahal,Urdu poetry and Sufism.India is so sillently effective that even the barbarians turn to spirituality here" Lets protect that. And also just unmindful Muslim bashing is something of a concern that too from educated youths like you. After much through research I found that if one is a devout Muslim he is the greatest patriot..His life is disciplined and his Iman is..he is symapthetic to MUslim causes but when it is against his duty he always stands for it" Problem is with those do kadi ke muslims..paison ke lie hawala karo/car chori bike chori ya smuggling karo aur phir madrasa me donate karo..Ya fir those unstable youths who think they are doing something as they have high energy but do not know how to use it..and reading through islamic literature they strike a emotional chord.

Pious words of course. Am afraid u r not familiar with the scriptures and hadidhs and how they are interpreted and put into action. That apart, let's take a small point. Why do u think Salman Rushdie, against whom a fatwa was issued in Iran had to go into hiding in distant England where different sets of laws prevail as to murdering a fellow human being? Why the Japanese translator and Danish translators of the book were butchered in countries where laws were different from Iran's.The allegiance is trans-national; it respects no borders, no laws but their own. This is an obvious fact. We shd acknowledge it and proceed to safeguard our fellow citizens' lives.

Communalism is a double speak term used to mask the assault on people who try to maintain a somewhat functional society. Do not bend to their primitive form of thought that is shrouded in the lies of a seizureing maniac.
