when blasts occured in hyderabad, peple blamed state govt. when bombay riots took place, state govt is blamed but why parties are not blaming state govt of rajastan now
Simple...After the scrapping of POTA, Guj & Rajastha have asked for Terrorist Control Act to the Central Govt. Still, the Union govt has not approved for this act. So, they cannot do it.
Whereas for AP, Maharashtra, the union Govt has approved for this act. So, they are blamed.
