The cyber cafe owner might have been picked up for interrogation. And as per the law, each cyber cafe must maintain a record of the person who comes to access net. Also, it is the responsibility of cyber cafe attendant to check the photo identity of the concerned person. So, police must have picked the owner and his son to get those details. If they haven't collected the data then they are liable for their act. Guilty must get punished. Generally people ignore their duties for the sake of earning some quick bucks......

They have arrested him for Interogation. He will be released after Q&A session.

For that they can say he is intervened for identified the babaric terrorists. Actually force neeeded cybercafe owners support alone. He cant able to check each persons mails. Then ban all the cybercafe in the country.. Better not to arrest the cyber cafe owner
